This was a nice clean hotel, that's still relatively new. The location is great, just off Times Square. The Rooftop Bar, although we didn't eat there, has incredible views and if you can get up there before it gets too crowded it's a great place to take some pictures, especially during the sunset. Staff was friendly and accommodating, the room rate was reasonable for the quality of the accommodation.

Luxurious and large rooms made my stay extremely comfortable. The wireless speaker that doubles as an alarm clock is a bonus that only adds to the value of the room. The hotel staff are extremely professional and the service staff are very friendly, which I appreciated. The roof top bar is a must visit and I believe it's for residents only now. There is a restaurant and bar on the building, and the gym is clean and well equipped. You can't go wrong with choosing to stay here.

First, the valet parking is entirely worth it. No hassle figuring out where to park, it's just taken care of. Second, the room is big! In NYC sometimes it's hard to find hotels that have large rooms; the bathroom was also decent. The bed was comfy and it was very clean. You're also smack in the middle of pretty much everything. Walking distance to a lot of great places.. me and my friends even walked to 27th and it only took all of 25 minutes to get there. Also a short walk to central park and Columbus circle. All in all great hotel.

This hotel was great and in a great location for visiting Times Square. We had a great view of the town from our floor and the roof top view was absolutely beautiful! Valet staff were very nice, housekeeping was efficient and front desk staff was very friendly, except the lady that checked us out of the hotel. They have a 24hr parking service with no In and outs, priced at $65. We thought this meant that once you take the car out, you would have to pay another $65 to put it back in, so we waited until our 24 hours was just about up to get the car out and she told us that we would have to pay for an additional $65 for taking the car out early! She nonchalantly pointed to the valet ticket for us to read , which doesn’t state anything about being charged if you take your car out before your 24hrs is up. She didn’t try to explain to us how that made any sense, but a manger came out and straightened out everything, so BEWARE of hidden fees if you valet park with them. Besides that, the hotel was beautiful!

Great hotel, great location, great experience! This hotel is perfectly situated and the staff make plenty of effort to keep you happy. We had a upgraded room with lots of space and were very happy with what we got.

It's not the first time we've stayed there and it won't be the last. Pictures are from Bar 54.. don't miss it!

Hello, here is one of the worst nights spent in a hotel. the room 502 is invaded by a sewage smell. I understand better why when checking in they were trying to sell me another room than the one booked. it is a shame to put on sale, online, rooms of a floor that is out of service for technical reason. I will not hesitate to comment on all networks. Flee the Hyatt's 5th floor.

Hyatt's are always very nice in my opinion. They Hyatt Centric follows this expectation. Great room. Very clean and comfortable. Staff is always nice and willing to help how they can.

The room was comfortable and had a great view. The top floor bar made great drinks and had an even better view. My only issue was my ears popping while taking the elevator down but that wasn't a big deal.

Fast easy check-in, nice clean rooms. There is no place to park and unload luggage. They will move their cars back and forth for you to squeeze in and then valet your car. May be the norm for NYC? Otherwise, very nice and just steps from Times square.

Girls trip June 27 - July 1 with my daughter and granddaughters. Wonderful hotel! Great location, really awesome staff at check in/check out. The rooms are spacious and very nicely appointed. Free bottled water and Keurig coffee maker in room. The floor to ceiling windows give you a great view of the city. Walk out the door and you are just steps from Times Square and the Theatre District. Although you are close to Times Square, you never hear the noise from your room. I can't say enough about the staff and how they go the extra mile (they celebrated my granddaughter's birthday with a small gift and flowers in our room AND a bar credit for the beautiful roof top bar). I would definitely recommend and would stay there again!!

Best hotel I've ever been to. We stayed on the 45th floor with absolutely stunning views. The best beds lay bountiful rest to our weary bodies after traipsing about Times Square and surrounding Burroughs. Parking is reasonably priced at $65/night. The rooftop bar offers a one of a kind experience while you sip some delicious cocktails expertly crafted by distinguished bartenders while sitting right on the edge of the rooftop with 54 stories to gaze down upon the parade of taxis and people populating the busy streets. 10/10!

Great hotel! Literally right by Times Square and with a nice but partial view of it too. The room was modern and clean. The rooftop bar view is amazing, especially around sunset and at night; though keep in mind that drinks may be the highest you've ever paid ($26 per cocktail). Arrive in the morning, if possible, to get a choice of a better room. Bell staff was also very friendly and low key. Few issues, but overall, recommend.

Rooms were sleek and modern, the entire staff (from front desk to doorman to manager) were cheerful and helpful, but it's this property's location that really stands out. Just 2 blocks from Times Square, we could see all the bright lights from our room, but we were never bothered by all the noise. It was great to be in the center of the action every time we went out. It's only minutes away from most Broadway theaters, so that made it easy to stop by the room for a quick freshen-up before going out for the evening. Lots of nearby restaurants and bars, though the property's only offering looked rather "not-kid-friendly." My only complaint -- not specific to this property: the down-filled pillows Hyatt is using these days are wimpy and uncomfortable. Plus, expect to pay an unavoidable premium for parking while staying here (a sad fact of life when visiting the city). We'd gladly stay here again.

!!! Perfect for a Weekend Stay in the heart of New York City, Times Square !!! It should be said that all rooms are above the 23rd floor which means that you get to be in the belly of the beast and yet sleep soundly. Very new hotel with a boutique feel and small tastefully decorated lobby. The hotel is only open a few weeks old so the roof top lounge and a few other features still are not open. We were the first to stay at the Premier Suite given to us, which was pretty cool.

The Bedroom, Nice Large Comfy Bed. Loved the white comforter that they change between visitors, no germs bedspread. Slightly odd ornamentation above the bed which included a small porcelain figure that looked like a balloon animal !!!

The Hotel offers Great amenities in case one needs it, its the small touches that makes a 5 Star experience. The bathroom had a heated floor, which you could adjust. Bathroom had a rain style shower. Cool lighting options. Overall the room design was great.

Suite features a private terrace, soundproofed floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the Times Square area, one king bed and a 47-inch flat-screen TV. The sleek, residential vibe includes a spacious living and dining area, plus an eclectic collection of New York City-themed artwork complemented by a backdrop of neutral, light-toned fabrics and warm woods. The suite features a modern master bathroom with rain shower and separate soaking tub.

The Negatives would be: The TV is using IP and freezes up constantly which became annoying while watching Morning news. The Toilet in the bathroom was not functioning well, required at least 3-4 flushes and had a odd odor coming from it.
