Really enjoyed my stay. The location isn't too far from the subway, few minutes walking. Rooms are nice. They do a great job of fitting a lot into the room, very efficient. Very clean room. If you look hard you can see some wear and tear, but it is very clean. Asked for lotion and they didn't have any, no biggie. Easy check in and out. And they hold luggage past checkout, for a couple bucks, until 11pm. It's a couple more bucks past then. Overall a pretty fantastic place. Very pleased with it.

"A hotel for introverts." You could quite literally stay here without speaking to the staff until you leave. You can book your room online, then pickup your keys at the self-service kiosk. The robot bag storage is a nifty touch. The beds are INSANELY comfortable & recline or sit up with a motorized pushbutton. The room itself is quite small, but affords a good view of the city. The water is quite hot for a nice relaxing shower. Otherwise, it's in an easy to access area, and I would definitely stay here again.

This has been the best hotel that I have ever stayed at! Extremely unique hotel with trendy rooms! I will definitely stay here again when I come back to NYC! I highly recommend staying here, you won’t regret it!

YOTEL is a super cute hotel. The rooms are functional and efficient. There is a lovely lounge area and great outdoor (covered) patio. Some highlights include dropping off your luggage to a giant claw machine. We also enjoyed our night downstairs in The Greenroom42 theatrical space. Convient location and overall great experience!

Spent 8 days there in the standard room. I did a lot of research so I expected the room to be rather small, which it was, but it was surprisingly perfect. The bed was adjustable to make more room when you aren't sleeping, or if you like to sleep in a bit of an incline it's awesome. The shower was all glass and walk in, the toilet area was also all glass so you better be comfortable with your companion. The view from the 23rd floor was awesome. In NYC the location was amazing. So close to Times Square, tons of restaurants, and in an adorable neighborhood. On our last night we opted to upgrade to a top floor suite (the one pictured with the big round bed) and it was gorgeous! Big tub for a bubble bath and dual vanitiesit was outstanding. All of the rooms have the purple neon light that you can turn on which was super cute. Overall the room was very clean and modern. The staff was a dream! Downstairs if you need to check your bag, the guys were awesome and super helpful; while the concierge and front desk staff was so very helpful and informative. The restaurant had really amazing food for when we were too tired to walk anywhere. I would tell anyone to stay here! The location and staff were great. I can't say enough good things about it.

The Yotel experience was amazing! Upon arrival Moses and H greeted us with a warm welcome and happy to take care of the vehicle and luggage with no hesitation. At the front desk Lisette upgraded us to the room of our choice and was very pleasant. She asked if we needed anything before leaving the front desk as far as dinner recommendations directions etc. She pointed out all the the hotel amenities and a huge factor was the on site bar and friendly restaurant. Would come again!

This was an okay value hotel, about a 10 minute walk to Times Square & many theaters.
    The Good:
We paid for an upgraded room, which had a nice view of the city.
The bed was comfortable, and we liked that it could be adjusted into a sitting position.
We were able to keep our bags at the hotel for a very reasonable rate after we checked out, while we spent our last day in the city.
    The Bad:
We anticipated the small rooms, which was fine, but it is important to note that there isn't much privacy for the bathroom (just a curtain to pull back).
Our shower had some mildew, and water got all over the bathroom when we showered because the glass enclosure isn't very good. We requested more towels, but they were never sent to our room.
Overall, with so many other options nearby, we will probably try something else next time we are in town.

My boyfriend and I had a great stay here! The whole hotel is very unique. Check in was fast and staff were on point helping us with everything. The room is small which didn't really bother us but it sucked not having a fridge or microwave in the room. We went out to eat and had a lot of leftovers and it sucked not being able to put it in a fridge and whatnot. Our room had a great view, the beds were comfortable, and we loved the towel warmer rack! We ate dinner once on the terrace and it was wonderful..pricey but that was to be expected. The staff was very nice and accomodating. I will most definitely come back here!

Great hotel for the price. Room was small but didn't spend much time in it. Was perfect for sleeping. Actually able to fit 3 people in a queen bed for a couple nights sleep. Private bathroom was good. Food is ok, but costly. Pizza is enough for 2 maybe 3 people. Hamburger was also good. Has a bar/terrace and plays movies at night. Would recommend to anyone looking for a well priced NY hotel near Time Square.

The rooms are small but very comfortable and have everything you could need. The bed is especially comfortable and I slept better than I do at home! The rooms are quiet but the social life downstairs is hoping if that's what you like. The staff is friendly. The location is very convenient for most tourist hot spots. I'd stay here again.

Certainly different, compact rooms but well designed and very comfortable if your just looking for a place to sleep. 10 minutes walk to Time Square and central for most sights. Friendly staff, free coffee and muffins in the morning gave a great start to the day. Would definitely stay again.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Unfortunately, the rooms were filthy, I was move to a second room and no difference. On rainy days windows will let water come through, be ready to use your rain boots inside the room. Costumer service poor, no interest or effort in costumer satisfaction. Still good cocktails. Almost forgot, do not touch the frame around the TV, it will fell on your toes..

My kids and I stayed here during our New York City summer adventure. Yotel was easy to get to and park. When entering from the parking garage, the attendants were very friendly and helpful. Check-in was pleasant as well, with help to ensure we had a room that would fit 3.

The room was small - but the set-up was perfect for us and very comfortable. The kids like the futuristic feel of the room and hotel. We could easily explore the city from here and felt comfortable walking or taking the short walk to the port authority to catch the subway.

The only thing I was put-off by were several experiences with the concierge. And each time it was a different person. If I asked a question or was looking for advice, they were pretty miserable and just seemed like they couldn't be bothered.

Self check in kiosks are great. Room is small so don't expect to host big groups or hang out in the room for very long.

The location is perfect though. Times Square is nearby so its easy to use mass transit. There's also a drug store and a grocery store across the street

This was a different experience but a good one. The hotel is very different than any other stays at other places however, it was a reasonable price for a modern room with a great view of NY. Very short distance to walk to other places in NY. When we tried to it at its restaurant we waited for about 20 minutes to be seated but since noone helped us we decided to eat somewhere else. Other than that it was great experience.
Loved the robot hand for your luggage and their private car service.
