A beautiful hotel a couple of minutes away from times square.. looks fancy as soon as you walk in .the rooms are nice and clean but very small!! Shower could barely fit 2, but for the price is worth it . I recommend it for a short stay ! I'm giving 4 stars because of the small rooms and that the window was overlooking a brick wall. other than that a nice spot !

I recently stayed at this hotel and booked two rooms online. The location is great, but the rooms are very tiny and the elevators cramped. It is unfortunate that the hotel charged my card FIVE TIMES the amount that I had anticipated paying, citing a new card system and human error. This caused me to have to cut my vacation short because they took all the funds that I had to go towards this trip. They indicated that it would take 5-10 business days for me to see the funds back in my account. They took hundreds of dollars without even so much as an apology. I like peace in mind in traveling, especially as a mother with five young children. They took my peace of mind and literally left me without any options.

I thought it was beautifully decorated lobby/bar area. Had a great experience there. Staff was friendly & helpful. I only hung 1 item in the closet, forgot all about it until a week later. I called the hotel & got a return call from housekeeping the next day. She could not have been more helpful. She had my dress & sent it out Fed Ex right away. The location was perfect! Steps from Times Square & close to so much. 1) lights from TS taken by the front door 2) beautiful lobby decor.

After staying one night in the Hotel Pennsylvania (it’s a long story) this was a luxurious upgrade. Although the room was small it was clean and we had everything we needed. The power shower was amazing and the location was perfect. Would recommend.

DO NOT STAY! My friend & I both had money stolen from us that we left in the room. Yes, they provided safes so our fault for not using it. You hear stories of housekeeping stealing from guests but never imagine it happening to you. I’ve travelled & stayed in many hotels yet this has never happened to me until now. We hesitated on reporting it since there are no cameras in the room, it would be hard to prove. But we finally did & when they finished their “investigation” they told us this has never happened before & that the employee who did service our room has been an employee for about 10 yrs. So his word over ours right? Makes me feel like managers are in on it too. They gave us a voucher for drinks & breakfast but that does not make up for it at all. Would have been an OK hotel had this not happened.

This hotel is bare bones. There is very loud construction that starts at 7am, the rooms are tiny, 1 out of 2 evelvators work, the lobby smells like weird cheap cologne, and the restaurant/bar is under renovation. The location is amazing, the price per night is good (you are paying for the location), the staff are friendly, & the rooms are clean.

Rooms are pretty small. Just quaint enough for 1-2 people. I have nothing against the staff for my rating but the CONSTANT construction outside my hotel window is driving me insane.
I have been traveling by car for over a week now and wanted to finally sleep on a nice cozy bed but NOPE that didnt happened. The city that never sleeps is a big understatement. I called the desk to see if anything could be done about it the noise but the only solutions were to switch this tiny room into an even SMALLER room or she can send up earplugs. Now personally, I cant sleep with earplugs or earphones.
I am paying for a hotel room where I cant even sleep in!response / report this review -

If you're looking for a place to lay your head and don't plan to be in the room much, this is the place for you. Rooms are TINY and I was in a Queen Superior room can't imagine anything smaller. Location is PERFECT. This is near times square so it's loud and bright. Lots of construction and unfortunately the rooms are not extremely sound proof. Bring ear plugs and an eye mask if you're a light sleeper. Rooms are clean. Hotel lobby is neatly designed . There's a restaurant downstairs as well. Good amount of food for the price.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The price was right in line for the small but pleasant hotel. The staff could not have been kinder or more pleasant. They helped me out of a serious situation! Loved my stay here, it is located steps from Time Square and the subway taking you to the rest of the city. Highly recommend.

Everyone was really really nice ! I had several problems and I felt helped from everyone! My luggage got lost I was and even the people who look after the luggage ( and I didn't have a luggage) looked after me offering me their own jacket because I was very cold coming from Australia to NY and having no clothes on me at all. When I was waiting for my room I was falling asleep on the couch and they manage to find a room for me before the check in time, I was very thankful because I had to travel for 30 hours and I needed sleep and a shower until then many of the employers came to check on me and gave me a cup of tea to battle the cold. Two days after, When my luggage arrived my lock was bronken and we had to cut it and the person who did at very late ours came with a smile and it was very helpful and nice to me. Outstanding service I'll definitely come back :) thank you so much for such a pleasant stay !

Booked a room for two and upon arrival was given a TINY room with a double bed. Asked manager to provide a queen or king bed and he said $50 extra despite plenty of availability. Can't recall last time I have been given a double bed when booking for two people. I feel like it's almost extortion/a scam - book a room for two and if you want an actual room that accommodates two they charge you extra. Plus the wifi doesn't work. And the guys at the front desk has an attitude. Pass on this hotel. Pay a bit extra and stay in comfort across the street at Hyatt

I loved this hotel. It was in a great location next to Times Square. When you first walk in the lobby looked amazing. Blue lights and a little aquarium. The rooms was really nice and the staff was super welcoming. They allowed up to check in early without a fee since our room was ready. They even offered to hold our bags if we wanted to check out Times Square after we had checked out of our room the next morning. The night club attached was small but great and there is no cover charge if you stay at the hotel. Also if you fill out a quick 5 minute suvery on your phone you got a free drink at the bar. No breakfast but a great price for the location. The only thing I wish they would change is the elevators were a little small but overall I would stay at this hotel anytime I will visit Times Square in the future.

Very clean, great location. Even has a no cover charge club at night. They had an offer for a free drink to guests for a fast survey. No breakfast, but that didn't matter considering how great of a deal the place was so close to times square. Staff very friendly, even met the manager when I got my drink. Aquarium in lobby is beautiful as well.

The location was great! Close to shops, bars, shopping. We stayed 2 nights in 2 different rooms. The first one, room 915 was tiny and clean. Just cozy. Room 1006 was much bigger but seemed they just threw in a bed, and desk to make it a room. Bathroom was big but seemed the floor wasn't even finished. Hot water in shower took forever. Window lead to a brick wall. We booked online and it said it came with a bottle of wine, which was not true. We did get a free drink at the bar after a small survey. Overall it was a good place.
