I've been staying at The Hyatt Regency Milwaukee for over 10 years and there is no other place I would even consider. The staff is above and beyond friendly. From the valet to front desk to housekeeping and everyone in between the overall friendliness, attitude and attention are unequal to any other hotel.experience I've had. The rooms are spotless and updated. The location and views from the rooms are fantastic. The common areas and bar are just great. I have no complaint with this hotel except that I need more reasons during the year to visit it. If you are going to be staying in Milwaukee I highly suggest you look into The Hyatt Regency Milwaukee. You won't be disappointed!!!

Beds are great. Restaurant was way overpriced, especially for Wisconsin (and considering they only serve typical Wisconsin-fair). But don't go to George Webb across the street unless you're ok with rude service (even by Wisconsin standards). But the location is great, I recommend walking over to St John's cathedral for a look.

My life partner and I stayed here for the Men of Christ convention in 2018. We found the accommodations and the staff to be charming. Some tips if you stay here The website mentions bathrobes as an amenity, but they go quickly. Ask about them when you check in to secure yours. The vending machines on the floors are soda-only. If you get that late night Honey Bun craving, you'll have to wait until 6am when the lobby store opens. BUT, there's a microwave in the business center where you can heat them up. Faaaaaaaabulous! There is also a second microwave in the lobby store they let guests use. They were nice enough to let us heat up our chicken patties at check-in. There are just little things to make an excellent stay even better, lovelies.

Thank you so much Hyatt staff. We'll be back soon!

My stay at the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee was quite a pleasant one. The hotel has a somewhat classic feel to it but the rooms are quite nicely appointed and the amenities are great for the cost. We didn't get a chance to eat on site because they were little understaffed due to an unexpected snow storm, but it's very much within walking distance of a lot of great restaurants in Milwaukee. And certainly you won't have trouble finding a good beer at the bar.

It's DEFINITELY a great place to have convention. Room rates for the people coming In from out of town are amazing and couldn't ask for any better hospitality for the duration of our stay. Are convention had over 250 people in attendance and multiples conference rooms for us to have different workshops going on at once, and a hall big enough to fit 250 plus in. If you're looking for a place to have a big convention, I would definitely recommend them. I know we will be having next year's convention there, as well, as well as the year after that! Thanks HYATT for giving me and everybody else a great weekend and having such an amazing staff.

I was a little unsure about this hotel. The exterior looked like it was from the 70's or 80's. I soon found out the inside was very nicely updated and modern. The bedrooms are huge. our room was spotless, very clean. Bedding was comfortable. The curtains were very good at making the room dark. Easy to sleep without the annoying glimpse of light that peaks through during the morning hours. The bathrooms are on the small side. That is not a bad thing. Plenty of room to get ready. The staff was 5 star. The location was 5 star. I would stay again.

The location is in the prime downtown location, and it's a 20 minute walk maximum to everything in the area. Be aware that valet or self parking are not included in the cost of the room. Views from the room are very nice. There is no pool or spa at this hotel, which is mostly due to it being a conference center, but it would be nice. AC control in the rooms is nice, but there is some definite sound bleeding from outside the building. We also experienced issues with the TV not working our first night, unsure why. Overall a very nice hotel with the necessities, but missing some nice touches especially for the cost.

The building is beautiful. I liked the layout of the open balcony looking down on the lobby from each floor. The room was fine if a little outdated. But the television didn't respond to the remote half the time, which seems like a small thing except that the television is how you order room service, check your bill, etc. The staff were all friendly and helpful, but seemed overwhelmed by the amount of people needing help at once. Parking is available in an attached parking structure. It costs between $20 and $30 a day depending on whether you valet.

Location was nice and staff were really helpful. I thin the rooms were clean but feels a little old. But for the price it was great. One thing I was slightly annoyed about was when I used the shower, my shampoo and conditioner bottles were half full. I think the service ladies didn't check the bottles before putting them back. I just used my own that I had in my bag. I also forgot tooth paste so I had to buy the toothpaste from the gift shop (front desk ran out). The cheapest tube was $5 which is extremely over priced. Some of the other tubes were even more expensive, one of the brands being $11.99.

I stayed at the Hyatt 8/31 -9/2/17 I really enjoyed the hotel..
My only problem was the cleanest of the room. seemed like it was a little dirty., but over all its a great hotel.

The Location is great. most of the main Milwaukee sight seeing is pretty close together.

Next time I come into town for a Brewers Game I most likely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel. Very polite and helpful staff. Especially ken at the front desk! Helped make our experience one of a kind. Only complaint would be the quality of the food for the high price. The hot wings were a real disappointment as well as the apple crumble. Besides that an amazing hotel. Wonderful view from our 14th floor window. Felt like important people for the night. A great night with the love of my life.

We had Dirty room when we arrived. We had an open safety pin on our chair and an wrappers and garbage scattered across the room. Our room was "cleaned" each day by dropping a stack of fresh towels and soap on the counter. With not even a care to take the dirty towels and at least hang up the fresh towels. We even had to ask to have our bed made. The front desk staff was rude. They would hang up on us when we would ask them a simple question like "what time is check out". The valet staff was very nice and polite. They where the best staff we had an experience with. I will not be staying here again.

The Hyatt Regency hotel in Milwaukee was one of the finest I've been to. After spending the night, I can speak for the elegance and beautiful architecture of the building. All 18 floors were layered with rooms and halls on the perimeter with a gorgeous 150 foot hanging sculpture. The rooms were clean and staff was polite.

Received 2 step upgrade. Two superior, pillow top queen beds, clean tub/shower, clean rugs and floor. Fast delivery service for re-keyed entry cards. BEST front desk personnel of any hotel, and professional and well trained bell hops. Fourth year coming to this hotel, spent 9 days, and not one issue or concern. Would highly recommend the upgrade.

Was there for an IT conference. Lunch provided was good. Bathrooms were clean. Sound quality on the keynote speaker was very poor. Only water and coffee and juice were provided. Was able to purchase a cola from the hotel store for a whopping $3.59
