Nice hotel. Clean sizable rooms. Staff is great and didn't meet one that wasn't out of their way friendly and helpful. Took care of everything we needed when we had forgotten things. Plenty of eats around this place in walking distance. Never seen so many people in a hotel pool. Wow.

I just want to take a moment to recognize Alan - I hope I spelled your name correctly! Alan went above and beyond for my girlfriend and I last weekend. We made a huge mistake and left quite a bit of cash behind in our room when we checked out and didn't remember until we were hundreds of miles away. Alan came through and did more than I could've ever asked to return our money. Thank you so much, Alan.

This hotel engages in overbooking. Dropped our reservation because of some "emergency," and the listed reason on the card written down was along the lines of "doublebooked." Ruined chances to go to the concert we came into town for, and capped off a day full of surprise/bad medical circumstances that caused us to check in late in the first place. Courtyard Marriott did not pull through for us. This place failed at the basic need of providing a room, and consequently gets a 1-star. I'm leaving my review/sharing my experience as a warning of what I went through: don't trust them to hold your reservation if surprises happen. Finally, so long as they engage in the practice of overbooking, this brand has lost all patronage present and future, personal and business.

I recently stayed at this location. The hotel was clean with well appointed rooms. More importantly the staff was professional and very attentive to my needs. Hats off the management on a well oiled machine! I will stay here again on my next visit to Milwaukee.

Just garbage! Gave our paid room away with the likely excuse of overbooked . What does that mean? You were so excited stealing you forgot the service? Just trash! Way to keep people stranded and tourists away.

Really great hotel in walking distance to a lot of Milwaukee Tourism. The staff here were exceptional and greated us warmly upon checkin. The price we paid for our room was a steal compared to other hotels that are comparable. The only con not making this a 5 star review is that the rooms just need some slight updating. Everything was very clean though.

Very Nice! Quick overnight stay for Brewer game. Staff was super nice & helpful. Hotel was clean, decor updated & had everything we needed. Would recommend to others.

It's an ok hotel. I didn't find it worth the price. No room service for food, the restaurant has very limited menu and the rooms are a bit dated. Its one positive aspect is the location. Also has a fantastic coffee shop in the mall behind the hotel, Stone Creek coffee.

Guest services was a little assumptive in a negative way during check in. Especially, consideringredients I have stayed here before & hold silver elite status. You don't get that without being a good, regular guest at the Marriott locations.

Nice pool and hot tub and room. Good location for downtown and not to long of a walk to the lake and the festival area. Valet parking was a deal but paying for breakfast sucked even knowing that expense was coming.

Came here with my family and my children loved it. Since check in the staff was amazing. Barb was specially awesome even got little goody backs from the back for my two children. And spent 10 minutes with us explaining us all the places in the area that we could go to.

Valet parking was great as well. Super timely every time.

It has a pool. Although relatively small it was great to enjoy for a few hours. Definitely coming back to this hotel when Milwaukee.

This California boy woke up to 11 degrees "feels like -4" - uh uh. Nope. Thanks to the Valet for bringing my car to within 5 feet of the door. Laugh at me if you will. I love the Courtyard Marriott chain - this one is in Milwaukee and is up to standards in every way. Friendly staff and a familiar layout. Thanks to the staff! Oh - only one complaint, the comforters are really thin at this one.I swear they are different than at other Courtyard locations. I experienced the thin comforters at the Omaha location too. Weird!
