When we first arrived our room wasn't clean yet. The lady at the front desk gave us some vouchers for free drink at the bar. The drinks were very good and the bar tender was very friendly. In fact all of the staff we met were very friendly. The room was better than expected except for the bed being a bit too firm for my tastes. The bathroom was very spacious and the Whirlpool was great. Overall it was a great experience.

I stopped in for their Sunday breakfast buffet, which is 7am until noon. The staff was very courteous and the food was also good for a buffet. They also make to order a variety of styles of eggs, pancakes and waffles. I was all around pleased with the price, the quality of food and the friendly service.

We had a family weekend get away. First time stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Front lobby area nice, but the room wasn't impressive. Standard room but quickly realized wasn't thoroughly cleaned. We found the beds not very comfortable and the pillows were much to be desired. The front desk girl didn't have correct information regarding hotel things we quickly realized. The first night we went swimming the pool was very cool. There numerous families complaining how cool the water was. The restaurant breakfast buffet was good and economically priced. On our last day, we packed things up and suited up for swimming before we left. Went down to the pool and our key wouldn't open it. Come to find out when we questioned at the front desk that the pool area was closed til 12:30 for regular maintained. It takes 6 1/2 hrs to check levels and add chemicals?????? They couldn't handle this 6-8 am when much less likely to be used?? Checkout is noon How convenient that the pool doesn't reopen til after check out. They schedule this on the weekend the busiest time vs slower weekdays???? Unfortunately, the culmination of ISSUES and DISAPPOINTMENTS this weekend leads us to NOT EVER RETURNING TO THIS HOTEL FOR A STAY. I expected more from a Hilton!!!!!!!

Nice at first glance. But never again will I stay here or bring my family here! The rooms are not cleaned well. No furniture is moved or cleaned under. My son somehow stepped on a tack on the floor in our room!? They claimed to have cleaned our room while we were gone and it certainly wasn't. She made the beds and placed the tack on the floor outside our door. Shady.

I only have been here to attend wedding receptions so I apologise if you're looking for info on the hotel rooms. Both times were great. Food was delicious and the hall itself was massive. There were roughly 200 guests but seemed like it could comfortably fit 50 more. Everything was connected as well, which I'm sure made the guests happy who ended up staying considering it was a very cold New Years Eve wedding. Can't comment on price of hall rental as I was only a guest both times.

Glad for Google maps to get here. Nice, though. Quiet road. Meeting Room was excellent. View out the window was nice, too.

It is just OK the place seemed old and a little tired. The staff is cordial and helpful. Rooms were comfortable. Not much more to say.

The hotel is very comfortable and quiet. It's located in a professional business park and many of the guests seem to be professionals. There are not as many as families. They put out fresh lemon water and cookies in the evening. The pool is a nice size and has a hot tub and sauna adjacent to an exercise room. All provided great entertainer for our family. The hotel restaurant was great for breakfast. It's one of our favorite hotel breakfasts. Bacon, sausage, eggs any way you want them, fruit, French toast, waffles, pancakes and more. Staff was very nice. The only reason I knocked a star off, was because 3 days in a row we were short on towels. There were 4 of us in a 2 quiet room, so we wanted 4 towels. The front desk was nice and gave us the towels and said they would write it down for housekeeping but that didn't seem to help. Otherwise, the room was clean and in order. We've stayed here before and likely will again due to the quietness, easy location, great breakfast and trouble free parking.

I wasn't an overnight guest, but I was looking for a breakfast buffet on a Sunday morning (thanks to google map suggestions that morning) and was presented with a smaller but enjoyable buffet within the attached hotel restaurant.
The buffet was priced about $12.50 per person, about average for a hotel restaurant. Since it was a buffet, having one service staff employee running around multiple areas of the restaurant was not a major issue, as the service staff assistants took care of the tables and providing coffee refills.
Having worked in the service industry for 5+ years in my past, I understand how one server can be overwhelmed with 30+ customers that need attention; be it coffee, special orders or just to pay their bills. I didn't get her name as she was slammed, but she worked her tables masterfully.
We'll be back in the near future, and hopefully the service staff will not be so overwhelmed on our next visit.

Nice staff, front desk and crew. Decent rooms.very clean. Huge hotel. Very few exits in comparison. Restaraunt is mediocre at best. They really need a new chef IMO. Wait staff is great though.

The rooms were NOT quiet. When the person above us showered, we could hear water rushing through the pipes, enough to wake us up. We were also awakened at 10am by housekeeping, when checkout wasn't until 12 noon.
The noon checkout was really nice. The wedding reception in the grand ballroom was really nice, plenty of space and great bartenders and waitstaff. The restaurant had excellent food, too bad the only seating was at the bar until dinner, even in the afternoon.
However, SHARON H. at the bar on Sat. & Sun. afternoon was EXCELLENT and her customer service was OUTSTANDING! She set up 2 tables in the dining area even though it was closed, so that my disabled uncle who uses a walker could be comfortable AND so our entire party of 6 could sit together. She also made great drinks and pulled out a nice bottle of Moët to celebrate my aunt and uncle's wedding anniversary. In contrast, the Sat. night bartender was TERRIBLE, rude, lazy, made weak drinks, and lacked the least amount of customer service! He rushed to close the bar BEFORE MIDNIGHT, which the staff had told those of us still at the reception (which ended at midnight) is the earliest he could close IF it was slow. 2 of us were served after practically begging for 1 last drink. Then another 6-8 ppl came in from another party and he refused them service, then FINALLY served them bottled beers, so that he wouldn't have to do any work past midnight. He really needs to be replaced. Perhaps by the reception bar or wait staff, who once again, along with Sharon, were excellent.

Nice room. Common areas very nice. Desk staff excellent. Some worn areas of the room. Expensive for what it is, but the US Open just left a day or two ago so rates probably still high from that. Would stay again for better rate.

Overall, a good stay. Another good example of a Hilton family Hotel. Clean good service quiet location. Can't complain. Would I go back? Yes. I've been there a few times now and have enjoyed each stay.

The service was excellent and everyone was more than happy to help. The smiles were sincere and true. Pleasantly surprised with the room, the bed was extremely comfortable and gave me the two best nights of sleep I have had in awhile. The location was ok for a family trip maybe 20 minutes from downtown attractions, but great spot for local business gatherings. The breakfast buffet was filling and tasteful with a nice selection. Definitely would stay again
