Attended a conference here and stayed in a room on the 14th floor. This hotel has a beautiful atrium with a mesmerizing view if you look from the 1st floor on up. Nice little restaurant serving southern comfort food attached to the lobby. Mall entrance is nice for quicker dining options. Room accommodations were nice and comfortable. Bathroom was quite small and there was not much clearance for the door to open past the toilet.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and wifi strength was good. The hotel set-up is such that the second floor and above have a large open space so you can look down to the first floor. Because my room was on the balcony overlooking the first floor at night I could hear noise from downstairs. The restaurant in the hotel -Sway- was very accommodating. Someone in my party had food restrictions and the restaurant ensured that the dishes she ordered did not have the items she was allergic to in them, so we could count on a place to eat a full meal. The food in Sway was delicious and fresh.

I paid $135 last year and was thinking my room would be a broom closet! Had a beautiful room, spacious, balcony, awesome view! I paid $200 this year and got the broom closet! I attempted to check in a little after 3pm but my room wasn't ready! (Took 30 to 40 minutes) The room was small, the balcony was small, and the view sucked! Within 10 minutes hotel staff were knocking on the door to replace a broken fridge! About 30 minutes later another staff member knocked and wanted to replace the fridge! To park your car in the garage at the hotel is $40? Seriously disappointed and will not be staying there next year!

Nice upscale downtown hotel. Well maintained and does not show its age at all. Obviously lots of $ spent over the years on updates. Rooms in the Radius tower though are small and strangely shaped. They have showers but no tubs. Nice lobby bar with acceptable wine list, limited bourbon selection, very nice food menu.

1469. Room was nice. Clean. Towel bar in bathroom seemed to be barely hanging on. Closet doors warped and have to close them "just right" to get both doors shut. Could use better signage to help find elevators to the tower where the room is at for first time guests. Parking attendants were very nice.

The staff of the hotel are friendly. The catering is great. But the tower I was in was horribly designed. I understand that "European" means small. I understand not having a view. But they could have put a garden or something on the rooftop that I had to look down on. There's clearly no room for housekeeping to dump linens, which I saw in the hallway at various times of the day. Someone's plate from room service sat in the hall for three days. The towels in my room were sometimes of cheap motel quality and not what I expect from a Hyatt. I've had good experiences at this hotel in the past, but I'm no longer sure if they are the exception or the rule.

My stay at the Hyatt Regency was decent. The check in staff where very helpful. I really enjoyed how the hotel was basically connected to the MARTA and the mall. Our room was nice and clean. The Market was an amazing place to grab a quick bite. However I did not appreciate our waitress at the bar in the lobby. She treated us like lower class citizens and had a super judgy attitude. Also, I read on the website when we booked that there was free parking, and that was not the case AT ALL. When we pulled up to the hotel was asked a worker outside where the parking was and they said "no worries we'll handle that for you.", so at first we were like "wow how nice of this hotel to do that." HA! NOPE, come to find out they only did that for us, so they could blindside us at check out with the $40 a day parking bill, after they told us to let them take it. All and all I don't know I would stay here again.

Went here for my residency and I think it would've been great had I not had to wait 7 hours for my room to be ready. I got there at 1pm and didn't get my room until 8pm. When trying to get information on my room, one of the agents was extremely rude and said they couldn't help me because "the people checking into the hotel were waiting and they need to be attended to first." Then she stated that I should go to the back of the check-in line and wait for ANOTHER agent (doing the exact same job she was doing) to help me. I was completely done. So, I had to find one of the managers of the hotel to finally get me a room. He switched me to a double bedroom, which was supposed to be the "upgrade". Instead, in the room, one of the ceiling panels was open and you can see into it and there were these small reddish-brown bugs that I kept finding on the beds. Other than ALL of that, the place was really nice and the rest of the staff throughout the hotel were very polite and helpful. And the food was great, however, everything was a little pricey but I wasn't surprised by that. Just expected a little better from such a high established hotel.

This Place is Awesome.. Its clean and the rooms are large, modern and have balconies. It is conveniently located right downtown.and is the perfect spot for a Family Reunion or a large conference. The staff was professional and kept the place spotless. Nice bar and great breakfast Buffet in the main lobby.Swimming pool was very nice and located on the first floor. You can connect to the Marriott and a mini mall.

Ive stayed here several times. Each time for a conference. The elevators fill quickly. The rooms were cleaned except or empty food containers that we left by the door were still there after the room was cleaned. Very convenient to MARTA, bars, restaurants and downtown attractions. Valet parking only. The gym was nice. Check in/out was a breeze.

We went to dinner for our anniversary at the Polaris. The food is great and the price was less than expected. It's a rotating restaurant and still has good views of the city. I recommend the steak Oscar and the crispy duck. For dinner we had the French Toast bread pudding. I would recommend this place to any ody looking for a nice romantic dinner with views and value.

I am currently a PhD student at Walden University, which holds residencies all over the world. People always ask me why I travel all the way from Connecticut to Atlanta to attend a residency and I tell them it is because of the Hyatt Regency! This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff is friendly, and even addressed me by name as I ran into them throughout the day! The rooms are spacious and very clean, and room service is quick and deliciousthe lobster and spinach macaroni and cheese is one of the best foods I have ever eaten. They also offer a lot of traditional southern comfort foods. In addition, the hotel offers great "perks" for students attending Walden University's residencies, which are sometimes held in the hotel. The Hyatt is also located within walking distance of several museums and historical sites. I've stayed at this hotel twice and look forward to staying here again later this year.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very clean. The location was great with many dining and sight seeing options within 1.5 miles. Also public transportation options were very close by. Our room was upgraded to include the Regency Club which included breakfast and evening appetizers with beverages. The upgrade was worth every penny! Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was really nice. It even had a mall (mainly an intricate food court attached to it). The only issue I found is that they don't really have a microwave in the room, which is inconvenient for the food brought back from the food court. There's only one microwave in the building, and that's located in the marketplace in the lobby. Very nice set up for conferences and what not. I was thoroughly impressed in that area. Also, $25 a day for parking seems a bit much, but not bad in regards to the fact that the only option is valet parking.
