The customer service was good, but good service can only carry a hotel so far when it's just plain dirty. The lobby smelled like sewage and even had "Wet Floor" signsnot really sure what was going on there. Common areas (doors, walls, and elevators) looked like they haven't been cleaned in years, and the actual hotel room was just as bad. There was makeup and hair on the comforter and pillows, hair on the nightstand, bathroom counter, and bathtub, the doors and door frames were covered in dirt and what looked like residue from a spilled coke, the air conditioner was stuck on 17° celcius, and when I tried to contact the front desk regarding the issues I realized the phone didn't work (it was plugged in). Needless to say, I will never stay here again.

Great hotel in a nice location. There is a lot to do in the area. I’m good hilton honors so breakfast was free, go for the omelette it’s fresh and made to order. The coffee was fresh and hot. Our room was cozy looks renovated shower head and water pressure was awesome. The pics are views of lobby, kitchen, bar area and down the steps are the meeting rooms.

The hotel was fine. You get what you expect from a typical HGI. Staff was very nice, room was clean, quiet, and adequate. TV channels were responsive. The restaurant had a good menu. We liked the pasta primavera, and garden burger options. The chef made scrambled eggs during dinner time for our kid, which was very nice.

The pool and hot tub (salt water) were both okay, but not the cleanest. There was assorted debris and hair in the water on the second evening we went there, so we couldn't use them.

Hotel staff was excellent and overall a nice place to stay. Breakfast was good but make sure to book the breakfast deal when booking your room, it's a lot cheaper in the long run. However be prepared to walk up a hill to reach the parking lot (don't worry there are stairs so it makes it easier). I mean everyone needs their daily exercise right!

What you'd expect from a Hilton property. Clean rooms, nice pool and fitness center, polite staff. The elevator doors were a little quirky, which did no favors to my claustrophobia. Other than that, though, I was impressed.

I enjoyed my stay at this beautiful hotel. The hotel was quiet and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were great and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is near the mall which is a plus and the hotel's shuttle service will take you anywhere you'd like to go provided it's within a 5 mile radius.

The staff was phenomenal. We got in pretty late but they were very courteous and helped us out as my grandparents were with us and needed a special room. They even. Helped us out with breakfast in the morning. The handicapped room, however, had a broken toilet seat and that wasn't very good and I think there was an issue with their hot water, but the location was easy to find and parking was pretty good.

I'm giving this place 2 stars for the price, friendly front desk staff and room cleanliness, otherwise I'd give it 1 star. This place has a terrible smell. I thought it was just something going on at the time of my arrival but the hotel smelled terrible the whole weekend I was there. My biggest issue with this hotel is parking. Parking is up on a hill away from the hotel. At night it's pitch black dark and scary. They have lights but they never came on. I did not feel safe. There's no officer there patrolling, nothing. If something were to happen to you no one would know Because like I said the parking area is hidden by bushes up on a hill, out of view of the hotel. It's bad enough you have to park away from the hotel but they could at have proper lighting.

Nice rooms and comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly staff. Have indoor pool and hot tub both are fairly small. Pool was not clear at all.

I was just a guest 1 night, so I can't speak to the amenities though they seemed nice. The room was clean and the bathroom seemed recently renovated. The bed is the main reason for the lack of stars, being hard with lumpy pillows.

Hotel had recently been remodeled and looks great. The staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. It is in a great location with shopping and restaurants nearby as well as easy highway access. I couldn't give a 5 star rating because the bed was terrible. There was a big dip right in the middle of the bed that you could see and feel. The beds should be replaced to complete the remodel.

My family was here for a soccer tournament. The building is dated and needs work. The doors don't close or open very easy. They seem to have warped. The hotel was completely full and only one elevator was operational. Long waits for the elevator and 5 flights of stairs after being on the Soccer fields all day was not an option. The breakfast was overpriced and the service was poor. Housekeeping walked into my room while I was watching TV even though I had the "do not disturb" card hanging on the outside of the door. The roomore was clean and well laid out. I would not recommend this hotel and I will stay elsewhere next time
