The service was fantastic and friendly; we were travelling with a pet and the front desk was very accommodating. We had dinner at Sway and the food was unexpectedly excellent, such a nice surprise! 'The room was small and there was no bathtub, but the bed was comfortable except for very small pillows. Overall a great stay.

Neede a place to stay while visiting & I was more than please with my stay at the Hyatt Place Downtown Atlanta. Upon entering the lobby was very clean and the staff was exceptional. Quick and easy check in process. I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds but was offered a room with a queen bed. The bed was very comfortable and th his will definitely be my first choice when in the area.

Great size for standard room but bathroom is small. Great breakfast food with everything you want. No real complaints aside from bathroom size.

our stay here was a real nightmare. We picked the Hyatt Place based on it's close proximity to Centennial Olympic park and other tourist attractions. Also we have stayed at other Hyatt hotels in the past and wanted to stay somewhere nice.
since it was our honeymoon, we were really we looking forward to our stay here and it was great until about 2am when there was a very loud domestic dispute that started in the hallway and then in the room next to us and lasted till 5 am. I realize that it's not the hotel's fault that there was hollering and cussing going on, but hotel security came up 3 times and they were not able.to control the situation. We almost confronted them ourselves beacuse the front desk and security couldn't seem to get a handle it, but we were so exhausted we just decided to cut our losses and checked out the next morning. Won't be back, here. there are too many other classier hotels in the area which to stay.

While the customer service was exceptional and the staff very nice and accommodating the bathrooms were claustrophobic.. like The tub shower is a smaller one and is the length of the bathroom and it is only 2 bath tubs wide. that means that there is approximately 5" between the edge of the toilet and the wall and the edge of the toilet and the beginning of the Bath tub .It was also clear that this is an older building that has been renovated. Though the renovations were really nice and intuitive..also the parking while gated with barbed wire to make you feel extra safe- was $28 a night.. The parking at the Westin in Buckhead is $29 a night

Located right in the center of downtown, and a 1 minute walk away from peach street. Had a very pleasant stay with friendly staff and stayed in a very modern and clean room. Would come again.

Friendly staff, breakfast was good, room was clean, but the bathroom was too small. Hotel also provides shuttle service within the city, 3 mile radius which was very convenient. Parking was $28 per day, which can add up. Pleasant experience.

Hyatt quality rooms, very comfortable. Feather free pillows were high quality. Free shuttle service within 3 mile radius was a time and money saver - very convenient and easy to use. All staff members were friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

It's not the Hyatt Regency, but Hyatt Place is a great place to stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety and wholesome foods. The rooms are very comfortable. They even have a courtesy van for nearby trips!

Great for families. We had a great time. Free breakfast was ok but nice to get something in your system before going out for the day. Fantastic location. Next door was a great restaurant as well. The hotel also had a bar with food options.

We stayed one night. The room was roomy and clean. I checked the mattress and there were no bed bugs. I loved the little window in the shower. The mattress was very comfortable, the sheets were nice and clean. There was a nice little kitchenette, a living room area and an office area. Lots of space! I'm giving the hotel 3 stars because there are not enough parking spaces for the hotel. Also, the complimentary breakfast is typical hotel fare (egg beater eggs, breads, cereal, etc.). Not what I expect in a Hyatt, especially on a Sunday morning. The "Starbucks" is a small counter attached to the check-in desk. I guess they're doing the best they can with limited space. Other than these things, the rooms were great!

Very nice small hotel. My room was large with a nice sofa sitting area and separated sleeping area. Not exactly a separate bedroom but very nice. Beds were comfortable with nice quality linens. Dressing area was good sized with a nice sized vanity. Plenty of hot water for the shower with good water pressure. Continental breakfast was decent with some hot food options. Good coffee to start the day. Overall I thought it was a good value in a great location right on Peachtree with many great options for dinner within walking down distance. Parking available for $28/ day with underground option if the weather is bad.
