The staff is very friendly and helpful and the hotel seems relatively modern. We would certainly stay again, the rate was reasonable. The continental breakfast, while not quite what you'd expect from a more expensive hotel, was fairly extensive and even had sausage and eggs! The best part is there are several restaurants, and a mall within a short walk and a shuttle from the airport (you need to call the hotel to have them send the shuttle out, we didn't know that). We stayed 3 days with no car and were perfectly happy.
The main reason I gave the rating 4 starts are for little details, mostly smudges and chipped paint around the hotel, undersized, outdated TV and the room was humid for a chunk of our stay.
But, once again, we would certainly stay again!response / report this review -

It's under construction right now. Outside of that this is the least updated Springhill I've stayed in, but not bad overall. Staff is great

We loved our stay there. I always appreciate someone who understands the special needs of someone with autism. Staff was very accommodating. The rooms were so comfortable and decent. Will definitely come back. Had a fridge and microwave which was very convenient for us

I have always loved to stay in Springhill Suites hotels. This one met my expectations. Rooms were smaller than other Springhill hotels I have stayed at, but still had all the setup: the bedroom, a small kitchenette, a bed sofa/living room area and a desk. Very comfortable! Very clean, the attention in the front desk was great and they include breakfast, but I didn't try it this time.

Nice and clean suite rooms. Just the right size. AC was cold and quiet. Parking was full in front of hotel but there's an extra parking in the back.

Close to many restaurants. Great free breakfast. Rooms are well kept and look recently updated. Each room has a small entry room with sink and refrigerator. Bathroom sink is separate from shower and toilet which makes it nice if you are sharing a room. Hotel staff was very pleasant and they have free lollipops at the counter. Overall, very good experience.

My friends and I stayed at this location for a night. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. The breakfast was good as well. I used to live in Tampa, and I selected this location because of its location. It is close to downtown and surrounding cities.

I just left after a week's stay. I am satisfied with everything, nice and clean rooms, bed very comfortable, good complimentary breakfast. But I can't say enough how satisfied I am with the staff, two in particular Ms. Jency and Me. Allienz (I think I'm spelling it wrong). They were awesome, friendly, helpful and greeted me with a big smile on their faces when I needed something. After reading reviews I noticed that many people gave bad reviews because of the door handle, or the smell of cleaning liquids. I didn't have that problem, but people are overlooking the real important things and most valuable, the staff's customer service. To me that is important. But I want to say big thanks to the staff my stay was the best!!

Mostly because the staff was kind enough to lock up the two laptops and my prescription glasses that I left in our hotel and ship them to me in Georgia. Thank you so much for your integrity and kindness it's very appreciated! Showed me there are still good people in the world

An older hotel that could use new rug and furniture. The room is spacious with a semi- separate sitting room. It is clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The staff is nice and friendly. Breakfast was good; scramble eggs, sausages​, waffles​, bagels​, cereal, fruit, muffins, donuts, yogurt. The coffee was also good. 4/5 star. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay. Rooms were nice. Had a small problem with the AC and it was repaired almost immediately. Staff was unbelievably courteous and helpful. First class lodging.
