It's an Ok hotel. Great location, typical budget hotel look and feel. Though, if you want convenience and a free breakfast, this seems like a good choice for those amenities in particular. Hotel staff seemed friendly and helpful enough. Tiny pool with lots of cats (literally) hanging out tanning.

Basic but clean accomodations. Toiletries were limited to soap, shampoo and conditioner and the bathroom was stocked with both towels and washcloths. The room was equipped with a sink and very convenient microwave. The bed was comfortable though the pillows were loftier than I prefer and there were no convenient outlets near the bed unless you pulled the nightstands away from the wall and unplugged the lamps. The TV was smaller than I expected and the remote control took some effort to use. I didn't partake in the dining options but the breakfast area seemed to be bustling in the mornings. There are several restaurants located in the nearby shopping center and a grocery store a short drive away.

Hotel was clean and breakfast was on par with other Best Westerns. The rooms could definitely use an update. Although the room appeared clean, the bed looked liked someone had slept in it. The sheets were not made up nicely. The carpeting in the room is very old. My review is in comparison to my stay at many other Best Westerns.

Carpet worn out everywhere but clean. Late night front desk sometimes not well organized. I stay here about 2 to 4 times per month for the last 4 years. I’ve personally seen people checking in and then being assigned a room that was already occupied! They reported getting screamed at by the occupants when coming back down to the front desk in a state of near shock; obviously shaken by the experience. I happened to be in the lobby and observed this. For me it was good for a long hard laugh. It last happened a few months ago and I’m still laughing whenever I remember it.
The free breakfast is good; however there are people showing up to eat there that were not actual customers of the hotel which crowds the place sometimes leaving me no where to sit. I no longer attend the free breakfast session.

NOTHING!!!!!! My stay stated out extremely poor. I was provided room 407- as soon as I opened the door a strong ammonia smell went up my nose-it smelled as if someone had urinated in all 4 corners of the room. I then had to pull the cart with all of my belongings back to the elevator and down to reception as I was not going to stay in the room. I explained to the clerk and he said okay we will get you another room ; like this was an everyday occurrence. I was then provided room 327 -door would not open-key card slot stayed red. I had to go back down the elevator pulling the cart with all of my belongings to the front desk. Clerk told one of the maintenance guys to take me back to the room and get the door open for me. So here I go again up the elevator at least this time the maintenance guy pulled the cart for me. We get to room 327 and he attempts to open the door; he could not. He called reception and told the clerk who then told him to take me to another room down the hall. By the time I had gotten to that room he had another guy come up with a different room key and off I went again down the hall. I finally had a room which was room 301. I went to use the restroom and lifted the lid of the toilet and the sat basically fell off. I then had to call reception and he sent someone to tighten the seat. First Impressions are the key to any situation. My initial 45 minutes of being in this hotel colored my entire stay. So again there is NOT A THING ANYONE CAN SAY OR DO FOR ME TO PROVIDE A BETTER RECOMMENDATON FOR THIS PARTICULAR BEST WESTERN LOCATION..

When we got there they had messed up our room reservations. We wanted 2 queen beds as there were three of us and they tried to give us a king size bed. They took some time and rearranged stuff and got us the right room but they almost weren't going to be able to do it. The night guy was super helpful when we needed food at 2 am. Gave us 2 different menus for delivery. The room was nice and clean for the most part.

I checked into the hotel on Sept 25, 2017 with my husband as we were celebrating our anniversary in the week. The gentleman by the name of Felix checked us in and the service was really great.

On my day of check out which was actually my anniversary day my flight to my next destination was schedule at 4 pm. So I would check out at 11 and have lunch and head to the air port. I got up to go to he bathroom only to be met with water running through the light bulb and the floor flooded with water. Water running into the bedroom. I could have been electrocuted. We called the front desk 3 times and it took the maintenance person 45 minutes to come to the room. then he said the tub in room 403 was over flowing and he left.

We were unable to shower we packed our stuff and left the room. we spoke to Lizbeth at the front desk. At no point was she apologetic or compassionate about the situation. She said we will send maintenance up. We had breakfast. At breakfast Lizbeth pointed at me and laughed with the other girl at the counter.

After breakfast at about 8.30 am I went back to Lizbeth to ask what was the situation with my room. She said " Well We don't have any more rooms." I explained that we didn't even get a chance to shower. She said there was nothing she can do. I can go back to the room when maintenance dry up the water or I was more than welcome to sit in the lobby until check out time. I ask to speak with a manager or the supervisor she said none was available until 10: 00 am. My husband and I just checked out and had to pay for 1 night at another hotel just to have a shower.

I would never recommend this hotel.

    Stay anywhere but here!

Bring earplugs if you expect to get any sleep. It is 11:50 pm and a loud music party started somewhere in this buildingnit seems. All I can hear and singing and loud bass. So that coupled with people from other room dropping stuff and yelling to each other or rude people walking down the halls talking loudly means you will not sleep.

Rooms are dated. It looks like there were some renovations done at some point but all the work is poorly done. There is only one coat of paint on the bathroom ceiling and the tape and nails are popping out. Wallpaper is roughly cut out around door ways. Black spots on ceiling probably mold. Walls and ceiling are cheap stucco popcorn see tuff. Paint patches everywhere. Curtains are dirty. I can't tell if the room smells like smoke or if it's from renovations but there is strong odour. Highway streetlight is a spotlight on our window. Rooms need to be cleaned properly. I've been listening to people running in the halls and the shower next door. No sound isolation at all. Air conditioner is very loud.

Breakfast was terrible. All the hot food was cold. Potatoes undercooked. Toasters were there but no one used them because they didn't work.

Cheap rooms though and luckily we are only here for one night.
Front desk employees are great, "manager' seems rude to other people but I didn't talk to him myself.
We got here hours earlier than check in time and they held our bags so we could do other things.
The room has fridge and microwave.

Fantastic and superb place. Excellent staff. Good rooms and bathroom. Comfortable spacious room. The best A/C, Fridge and micro. Housekeeping is excellent. Breakfast, THE BEST. They had everything. Quite and calm area and close , walking distance, to restaurants and stores. I highly recommend this hotel. Needs a little updating in rugs etc

The hotel was a great location. The breakfast was very diverse and was fresh. The bathroom in our room could have been better but overall a good experience.

I find it baffling how the hotel can charge me for two rooms of which no one ever checked in and the reservation was made on the phone for the wrong night. After several attempts at speaking to the manager and customer relations for Best Western, it is apparent they have no intention of helping me resolve the problem. I would never stay in a Best Western again as there is no accountability or intent of customer service. There are at least 10 other similar hotels in the area which will be better options for me in the future.

Love Best Western, good price for the quality of the hotel! They have great deals and staff is always helpful. As I live outside the US I love that I am able to ship my items to the hotel and can pick up when I arrive.

We stayed here one night. The hotel's exterior and lobby/dining area appear to be new, or at least redone and very clean and modern looking. The room was another story. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a modern/upgraded sink. But everything else was very dated and needed replacing, especially the VERY worn out carpet. The rooms need to be upgraded to match the lobby and breakfast area and then you would have a five star rating. All the staff I encountered, including kitchen folks, were cheerful and pleasant.

STAFF IS EXCELLENT. Hotel needs updated it's very worn but served our purpose. Restaurant is really a snack bar. Pool area is small. Staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed the entire stay. We had 5 rooms and a lot of "requests". I can't say enough about how nice and accommodating the entire staff were including the breakfast and lounge area. We stayed 2 nights before a cruise and price was excellent too. Keep the staff, replace the carpet and paint the walls! STAFF WAS BEST OF ANY HOTEL STAY WE HAVE EVER HAD. THEY ALL DESERVE A RAISE! See you next cruise!
