We were able to obtain a room on short notice after our previous lodging fell through. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and had our room keys and paper work completed in less than five minutes. We found our room spacious, spotless, and fresh smelling. Our king size bed was almost cloud like with a selection of king size pillows in a variety firmness available. Extra linens were in our room if needed. The bathroom was neat and tidy with plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The shower provided ample hot water with good water pressure throughout. The hair dryer was easy to use and functioned perfectly. Our room included a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig branded pod coffee maker, a large work desk, love seat with a pull out double bed, and a coffee table. The hotel itself is undergoing a top down renovation, but we have yet to be disturbed by any noise or inconvenienced by the ongoing construction. A generous breakfast is also offered to all guests, but do to the comfort of our room we slept through it. Complementary coffee seems to be available at all hours and a small convenience store is located in the lobby. The hotel also offers a swimming pool and hot tub that are accessible to those with mobilty difficulties. We've had a very relaxing holiday and look forward to lodging here again.

This place is badly in need of the renovation that is in process. The toliet ran all night, the mattress was worn & needed to be replaced, temp control did not work, and the floor in the hallway was buckled in serveral places. It is clean & staff very friendly. Not worth the price.

Convenient location, easy access to food, shopping & major freeway. Clean, comfortable rooms & beds. Doing renovations but hasn't been an issue in days I've been here (noise, etc) AM or PM.

This Holiday Inn Express was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and pleasant. The breakfast was among the best I've ever had at a hotel. They have fresh cinnamon rolls that are amazingly tasty. Whether or not it's made on location or bought from somewhere I don't care, it's amazing!

Great location next to shopping and easy on/off from the interstate. Hotel had a nice reception area with complementary coffee/tea/hot cocoa throughout the day. Breakfast was decent.

Great place to stay. People are so nice. Staff are very friendly and always make sure we have everything we need. The room has a small kitchen area in our room with a frig and lots of space. Laundry room, ice vending. A swimming pool with hot tub outside. I am loving it.

Easy to get to. Very close to I-20. Safe. Room was clean. Staff is nice & friendly. Pool & hot tub were perfect size & temperature. Close to many restaurants & Walmart. Beds were a little too soft for my taste. I prefer a firm mattress. Plenty of choices for breakfast. I will stay here again.

The double room my brother and I stayed in was very comfortable and clean. Continental/complimentary breakfast was great and included fantastic pancakes and tasty omelettes.

Had a really lovely stay here for 3 days. We had a hire car and were able to get around to different shopping malls from here. Not too far from DFW Airport either.

I usually pick one the top-of-the-line rooms a hotel offers if I'm able financially. I decided on their best available suite & it was incredibly amazing. It was comfortable, big enough for us to move around, the kids didn't feel like they were trapped in a closet size room, the staff was exceedingly professional. In addition, I had an issue with my credit card & the staff was almost overly accommodating. They extended my check out time without penalty so I could call the bank. Overall it was awesome!
