The hotel itself was very clean and nice. However, the front desk/HR staff is beyond useless. We arrived at 3 am(this was preplanned with the hotel.) they informed us they cancelled our reservation, because we didn't arrive before 2. WE explained that we had discussed this prior with hotel staff and it took them about 30 minutes at 3 am to "find" us another roomas if ours filled from 2-3. Then they inform us we will have to pay for parking for 2 days, as it is not included with the hotel, though we were only staying 1 day. After about an hour, we did get this worked out. After leaving the hotel, we realized they charged us twice for the one nightWe have called 3 times now to get 1 of the transactions taken off. Noone at the front desk ever answers the phone and the call center said we have to talk directly to them. Will never stay at a Hilton again.

The hotel was clean, bed very comfortable, a great location that was very convenient and close to attractions, the park and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Elaine was so sweet and especially kind to us and our children, she even organized whole milk for our 1 y/o at bed time. The breakfast was delicious with lots of selection, and made to order omelettes and pancakes. The kids loved the pool and the giant garden tub in our bathroom. The free coffee, lemonade and baked cookies in the lobby each day was a nice touch. We would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here if we visit Atlanta in future. Thanks for making our stay so wonderful!

The staff was friendly and helpful. After asking for extra towels, guest services brought them to our room very quickly. There are a few cosmetic things that could change (rusty bathroom light fixture, bleached spot on the carpet), but they won't keep us from coming back. The higher the floor, the better the view.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced in all my years of hotel staying. We had an issue with other people staying in the hotel for a wedding who were loud and congregating in the hallways all night long, but their security took care of them promptly after we noticed them. The breakfast is made to order with buffet included option as well. Super convenient to all attractions downtown and short walking distance to many of them. The staff even surprised us with champagne and chocolates in our room without us knowing for our anniversary. Erykah clean and we will definitely be back. High marks!!!

Great safe location in downtown Atlanta. We felt really safe outside the hotel at night. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. There were parking options, restaurants on site, and the staff was extremely friendly. Will definitely stay again.

A welcoming place to stay when your family visit was unplanned as we were evacuated from our home due to hurricane Irma. An amazingly delicious breakfast buffet, eggs any style, prepare your own waffles. Great chef and service staff. Great gym well equipped, love the indoor pool, outdoor pool & Jacuzzi. Room was very clean and well kept. There are no marble bathrooms they are well kept and in working mint condition. Great front desk teams. Zero complaints absolutely a great place to stay in a brilliant location walking distance from many great places. Children's Museum, Georgia Aquarium, CNN Studio Tours, College Football Hall of Fame, World Coca-Cola, Olympia Park next door to Starbucks for all those coffee/tea moments. Try a great restaurant nearby Ruth Chris Steakhouse.

Fairly nice hotel. Had no issues with staff. The place did have a very nice breakfast in the city view room. The photos here are from the outside pool. The only complaint is that housekeeping staff did not hit my room till 4:00 pm. I would have like the room done sooner. The building's location was ideal for visiting the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coco Cola, and other CityPass locations. I saw several families stay there. So, I assume one can it is a family friendly environment. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend.

I visited this hotel location as part of a wedding I was attending. The location is downtown work beautiful views of the park and aquarium area. The hotel parking is actually a public parking garage, so they don't have their own private parking. We visited the attached restaurant down stairs as well, legal seafood, and it was a nice amenity to have. The restaurant had discount tickets for the garage that give you three free hours of parking. They had a nice lobby and friendly staff.

Hilton is a very nice hotel located in a great spot. Easy access to Centennial park, the GA Aqaurium and the Coke Factory. The staff is nice and the hotel is nice. Conveniently located next to a parking garage that offers valet. The rooms are nice. There are restaurants close to the hotel and it being located in the heart of the city makes it a great location to stay.

Super close to all the hot spots, we left he car in the parking garage and walked to everything. Several choices for restaurants very close by. Hope staff was very friendly and made our stay enjoyable. You could tell there was emphasis on customer service. Room was clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay again

Was checking in our daughter for a conference with Athletes in Action. It was training for missionary's​ that serve college athletes.They encouraging the Athletes to have a relationship with Jesus Christ. The Garden In was awesome ! Very professional staff. T.J. our valet is doing a wonderful service caring for vehicles that are left in his garage. Thank you so much for the high standards observed by The Garden Inn.

This was a very nice hotel. I am a Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Downtown member which got me an amazing upgrade to a gorgeous suite. The restaurant in the hotel is AWESOME.. great food and place to grab a nice cocktail before going out or as a night cap. Beautiful location. Only thing I thought was strange is there are no mini bars in the room, never have seen that in a hotel of this class before.

Messed up our reservations, 1. Gave us a key for a room that already had people in it. 2. When we opened the door to the right room we discovered they had given us a room with a king bed and a large Jacuzzi in the middle of the room, even though we had booked a double occupancy with 2 queen beds. We found this out when we opened the door. 3. When we went to complain they said they were booked and that was it. 4. Then they brought us a cot that was too big to fit in the room so we had to be moving furniture around at 2am, after getting in after 1am. 5. The bathroom was dirty, the toilet was smeared with what I can only think was human waste, and there was also mildew in the shower. 6. While in the room someone else tried to open our door but the 2nd latch was on which is the only reason they didn't get in. They gave us 1 day of free parking :(. They didn't care and were so non-nonchalant about our complaints. but it had an unobstructed view of the aquarium and was walking distance from the Georgia dome. Weirdest hotel experience of my life!
