When we first starting looking i chose Huggins because we use them to service our first odyssey and love the place, I spoke with Crystal on the phone about upgrading our Honda Odyssey to the 2018, I’ve purchased many new cars and didn’t want to go through the hassle of sitting at the dealer if they couldn’t even get close to the number I wanted so we worked it out mostly over the phone then I arrived at the dealership and dealt with Ngu Nguyen “Mr. B” (Crystal said hello and I was aware of working with him
Before I got there) when I got there I fully expected everything to change on me because let’s face it that’s what car dealerships do they’ll say anything to get you in the door. Not here, they kept to their word and it took very little effort to get them to the payment I was happy with which is a HUGE change from my experience at other dealers in the past. I would recommend all the staff especially Mr. B and Crystal they were great and very helpful and stuck to their word. I usually get home and regret getting new car but this time I’m extremely happy with my purchase. Thanks again Huggins team!!!

Purchased a 2018 CR-V after dealing with Sales Representative Mike Lee. From the start, he said he just wanted to earn my business and that he would be honest and not play games (typical dealer talk, I know); however, low and behold, he stuck to his word and the process was simple (no hoops to jump through), comfortable (no pressure), and understandable (they answered every question I threw at them -- and if they didn't know, they found the answer and got back to me promptly).

Mike exhibited a plethora of commendable characteristics: honesty, integrity, flexibility, and patience.

Sadly, I am moving out of state due to work, but were I to remain in the great state of Texas, I would gladly continue to do business with the outstanding folks at Huggins Honda!

I bought an awesome used minivan. There was just one problem, when I got home, one of the door locks did not work. I called Harry my salesman and Jason the Used Car Manager. They took care of it right away. Now I have my perfect van and I am happy as can be. They really did an outstanding job and gave great service from the test drive to the service after the sale. Two thumbs up! That's what I call great service.

I purchased my first ever brand new vehicle from Huggins Honda. I knew what I wanted - a 2017 Honda Accord - and I spent a lot of time researching and contacting area Honda dealers to find what I wanted. Most of the dealers became annoying pests, emailing, calling, and texting me multiple times each day after I made my initial inquiry. Huggins responded to my email, followed up a couple of days later when I hadn't responded yet, which is reasonable. After I finished researching and discussed options with my wife, we decided to go with Huggins.

Upon arrival we experienced a delay, as our salesperson greeted another couple with a "Hey Guy!" thinking they were us. Since this isn't the first time it happened to me I can't hold them to fault. 😉 Another salesman took over for him and walked us through the process smooth as silk. Not once did I feel pressured, nor did I feel I was being railroaded into something I didn't want. The finance manager hooked us up with options that exceeded my expectations with a monthly payment lower than I hoped to get.

Everyone seemed concerned with only me knowing that I got the service and experience I wanted. My wife, who has previously purchased a new vehicle, was astonished at how we were treated and taken care of. She's due for a new vehicle soon, and she's already said her next car will be a Huggins Honda.

I've been back once already to pick up my plates and got a free car wash while I was there. Even though I wasn't spending any more money, they treated me just the same. I fully recommend this dealership for a new car buying experience.

Can’t say enough about this dealership and their top notch associates. I have been buying cars for over 50 years, yet this was the best experience of them all. Roger Rodriguez and Juan Medina made everything easy and painless. I brought two college aged grandsons in for some good, reliable vehicles and ended leaving with much more than I ever thought we could afford. All thanks to Rodger and Juan. They listened to what we were looking for and ended up helping us get 2 great cars. . Who ever tells you “ You can get a new car for roughly the same money as a lease trade-in because our options are plentiful ?” Well, they did !!! First dealership that ever said that to me. We are so pleased, great warranties, good looking cars with all the safety features and the boy’s first taste of “pride of ownership.” Plus, they were fortunate to witness the right way to research and buy a car. This was a learning experience for them. And for me. Huggins Honda has the best deals and the best employees.

They have the sweetest staff, very attentive. I came in to have my oil changed and of course started looking at cars while waiting. Mr.B let me test drive a 2017 si it was the smoothest clutch I've ever felt and Mr.B was amazing no pressure to buy just let me have a little fun. I'll definitely be back in a few months to buy a car from him. Thank you guys for being amazing.

Just walked off the lot with a new Pilot and couldn’t be happier. Had an awesome experience overall and my salesman, Mike Lee, was awesome. Mayur Patel is a great manager as well, super friendly and accommodating. Top notch staff. This is my first Huggins Honda experience, other than great service on my previous Honda with David Post there. I’ll be a returning customer for sure!

Thanks to Tim Kellar's excellent attitude and service experience, I continue to choose Huggins Honda to service my 2005 Honda Accord and keep it in tip-top shape. Other Honda service companies are out there and are somewhat less expensive, but I know that I am getting First-Class customer service from Tim and that he will make sure my Accord gets the proper service and care it needs. I am also confident that I receive honest information regarding repairs and service my Accord needs, which is extremely important to me. Huggins Honda is a first-class operation all around.

I'm really impressed with this dealership, what a great set up they have. I was there with my bf and waited as his car was being worked on. What a treat! They have a little cafe, the prices are reasonable and the food is fresh. The bathroom was spotless and allowed much privacy and trust me, I'm not a fan of public bathrooms. The service was fast and they kept us informed as the work was being done. I do like this place. I'm not a Honda gal, but if I were, this place impressed me enough to possibly make a purchase there. IF, I were.

Customer Beware! We get our car serviced here and their service area is So-so. Each time we go they try to get us to spend money on things we've already replaced. But once they have your car, they call and call for you to "come and trade it in, we have the deal for you." Out of curiosity my husband and I go in, not once, but TWICE! And both times they claim they could get us where we needed to be and both time they tried to put us into something we couldn't afford. They give nothing for your trade in and play the number like you're dumb and can't figure out the math. We love Honda's, but will not do business with this dealership. The salesman who continued to call was named Roger.

This was my first time buying a car.. and let me tell you, best experience EVER. The people here at Honda wont pressure you.. Why? because they know your gonna come back and LOVE your new car. Theo Davis was my sales person.. More like a live saver! He really helped us through the WHOLE Process its been 4 months and I still love my Brand New 2017 civic. I cannot get enough of it. What happened to customer service and integrity here?! Most disappointing experience I've ever had as a customer anywhere. I and my family have purchased numerous vehicles here in the past. That won't happen again. We were quoted a price. Agreed on it and we're filling out the paperwork when Haley came back to us and said the price was $900 more because "work" had been done on it. No effort made to negotiate it. We left and called Cody the manager told him how disappointed and mislead and cheated we felt. We wanted to know the bottom line price and he assured us he'd look into it and call us with a price. He never called back. We postponed out trip waiting for the call that would get us into our new car to go away for Memorial Day. Shameful.

THEO is the man. My gf bought a used car from him and the price was very fair. No sneaky hidden fees or lame negotiating. It was straightforward and Theo was honest and very helpful.. We couldn't be happier with the purchase and would definitely come here again since I can't stand the typical "used car salesman experience" at many other dealerships. I had a wonderful car buying experience at Huggins! I purchased a certified used vehicle and received top dollar for my trade-in. I was assisted kindly, professionally, and expertly by Mr. Theo Davis- I highly recommend! Theo listened carefully to what I needed and respected the financial situation I was in and provided a great car at a wonderful price. I had gone to a corporately owned dealer in the area earlier in the day and although friendly, the rep completely disregarded the parameters I had expressed. After an hour of time spent test driving and talking- he presented a deal which disregarded all I had communicated throughout my time there-ugh! The contrast was great-don't waste your time elsewhere-GO TO HUGGINS! I Highly Recommend!

My wife and I began looking for new Civic a few months ago. After going to a dealer we purchased a Honda from before, and emailing every Honda dealer in Houston for over a month, we eventually purchased our Civic from Huggins. We got a better price over the phone on our first phone call with them than we were able to get after the month of negotiation before hand. I am highly impressed with the honesty and quality of service we received while purchasing our vehicle. They even took the time to laminate my paper tags so that they wouldn't be damaged by water while I waited for my tags. Over all a very pleasant experience! I can promise you that if we ever purchase another Honda, we will go directly to Huggins Honda and not waste our time!
