Very unprofessional. I spoke to one salesman, and when I went to see him, I had the manager. He said I was approved, gave them a down payment. Did the transfer, had the car. They called me 3 days later, and said they needed the car, because I wasn't approve. They are snakes, liars. Don't go to them.

Advertisement says they will approve Good or Bad credit they do NOT, the wait time to find out is too long of a process and they aren't attentive with call backs! My visit and time was wasted!

Update 12/19/2016: Thank you for fixing my issue, the car runs great now, I have changed my review from 1 star to 5 star and you have a lifetime customer now

My first and last visit to this dealership, Went there to service my Mistubishi outlander as my check engine light, abs and asc service light was on, I was told they need to order a special part for it and they will contact me as the car is still under warranty. Over 15 days already passed and never heard back, Tried to call them back today for any status and they dont even care to listen, they said our parts manager will call you back (funny without even knowing my name or phone number) I wouldnt recommend this place and I will be taking my business elsewhere for sure, if you want to waste your time, this is the best place to go

First call for service manager -- mailbox full. Second call, service number rang and rang with no answer. Third call, receptionist tried to page someone with no response. THREE STRIKES We'll take our business to a company that wants our money.

Great service on my 1992 3000GT. So far they have replaced my timing belt and water pump, and installed my rebuilt transmission. Getting harder and harder to find anyone with knowledge on these complex cars, but I fully trust Mike (their Mitsubishi tech) with his many years of experience. He is great at explaining all the details of a job and you can tell he is passionate about what he does.

This was a very pleasant change from the high pressure bait and switch tactics we have been used to. Kevin Ali and James Buchs both made this an extremely pleasant experience. We love our new Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. It is worth the drive to receive excellent service at a very good price.
