My girlfriend came into Tampa Honda to purchase a brand new 2018 Civic. We drove from Venice to buy it. Got a great deal. The sales persons name was Isiah and he was a gentleman did everything we needed without any pressure and was a very likeable guy. The finance manager as well was great down to earth guy, his name was Wes. Overall 5/5 experience definitely recommend Tampa Honda to everyone.

Today I have the pleasure of getting my new Honda with Corey Cunningham. I had 5 other dealerships in closer proximity to where I live, but I chose to drive the two hours to Corey because of his remarkable customer service and accessibility. He is a true gentleman. The staff at Tampa Honda were helpful, courteous, and friendly. I would drive another two hours there and back to get this kind of service. thank you.

Awesome service!
We were recommended by a friend with the seller Ali, not to be English our first language Zain helped us was very helpful and friendly. It was a very satisfying experience, both very committed. In general the staff was very friendly. We only went with an assignment to leave with a vehicle there in record time and likewise it happened and with a great deal. We left with our car 2017.

Amazing service. Same day appointment. Thorough, inexpensive, nice, no hassle. Clean and spacious waiting area. Fast WiFi, water, cookies, coffee. Amazing! They honored a discount that I was not initially aware of. Went above and beyond with washing and cleaning the car when I only went in for an oil change. If my next visits go like this one I'll be buying my next Honda here for sure.

Very quiet and fteindly atmosphere. Very clean and very well kept. My service is always done efficiently and they notify me by text when it's done. So I'm free to roam and not worry about me missing my advisor looking for me. I think that's cool!! They a huge inventory to keep you busy window shopping.

Christine really made our purchase enjoyable. This is our 3rd Honda from Tampa Honda, when we first inquired she sent us a complete walk around video of the exact car on the lot we wanted showing every detail which allowed us to review this multiple times at our convenience. She was honest, thorough, knows her product well and did not pressure us, she also worked hard to get us the price we wanted, she partnered with Derrick to make this happen. Our next purchase we will be looking for her first. Overall the atmosphere at Tampa Honda was friendly and enjoyable. PS - our granddaughter loved the children’s play area and the cookies

Everyone at Tampa Honda are amazingly friendly and helpful. Everyone is responsive and gregarious to assist the customer. I am grateful that I can have my car serviced from the same place I bought it; I really appreciate the one-stop shopping experience. Part of buying and owning a car, for me, is the maintenance service work. I bought my previous car and current car from this dealer because they have provided me the best car owning experience in Tampa. I will buy my next car here as well.

Very helpful people. Everyone was trying to help me get the vehicle. That's what a consumer expect from a business. I wouldn't go how low or how high it was. But the help and effort they put in to make me buy their car is the most important part. Also couple of days later I went for a issue, they said they would take care of it. They are not legally responsible for it not they promised it to me at the time of purchase. I would love to buy another car from them in future.

I went in to Tampa Honda this morning to have a 100k service on my 2011 Pilot. So far I believe they did a great job. I also got tires so I'm judging by the alignment. It was perfect. This was an all day project so I was given a loaner car to get my errands run. The service tech kept me informed and after it's all done, he explained to me everything that was done and then explained all the warranties, too. When I looked at my invoice I could see that there was alot of effort put into finding every discount possible. I'm very happy with Tampa Honda.

Memorial Day weekend I came home to buy a car. I was looking at buying either a Honda Accord or Toyota Camry. Went to the Toyota Dealership and while I liked the car, I wasn't a huge fan of the experience so I told them I wanted to keep looking. Next stop was Tampa Honda and from the moment I walked in Paul Friedman made the experience worth it. He got to know my father and I and asked us great questions to figure out what model Accord I wanted. He didn't act like the stereotypical car salesman and made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. I've never been a huge fan of buying cars through dealerships but Paul has shifted an opinion of mine that I thought would never change. I have had the car for 3 weeks now and I have loved every minute of it. Not only was Paul helpful while I was there but he has continued to be awesome weeks after I bought the car. I would highly recommend Tampa Honda and more specifically, go see Paul if you are looking to buy a car.

This is the BEST Tampa dealership by far. I bought my car here in 2013 and serviced there for years. I moved last year to another part of town and after having multiple bad customer service experiences in Brandon Honda, which is closer to me now, I tried Kuhn Honda which is extremely overpriced compared to everyone else. I had to do a big service on my car because either the car was calling for it or it was time according to the owners manual. I had to change the break fluid, transmission fluid, engine oil, engine air filter and cabin air filter. Since it was so many things I decided to call around and shop for prices before taking it anywhere. I called 7 different places in a mix of both dealerships and just regular auto service shops around my area. I was extremely impressed to discover that Tampa Honda actually has the cheapest prices, like $200+ cheaper than other places, including non dealerships just normal auto shops. I made my appointment and had my car serviced this morning, their customer service has always been excellent and this time wasn't the exception. They have free cookies and coffee, TV area, computer area and kids play room to keep you entertained while you wait and anyways they don't take long. For everything I did on my car this morning they only took an hour and a half. I may have to drive a little farther to get my car serviced, but this is definitely the place I'll be coming from this point forward. Finding time to service my car is annoying enough, last thing I would like is to make it worse by going to a place with bad customer service or high prices so Tampa Honda is definitely the place for me. I would recommend it to anyone!
