Lori Cropley is an caring, experienced, and ethical salesperson. You will be happy you went to see her at Sullivan Cadillac.
We have bought our last 3 caddilac in Ocala. This time awful service and probaly think twice before returing.
I will never own abother Cadillac again because of this dealship. Hey thanks for all the junk mail, it goes right in the trash.
I have my Camaro serviced here and I am very satisfied, and I sure do love the complimentary car wash.❤☺
This dealership used to know what customer service is, unfortunately not as of late.
My car broke down going from Texas to St. Petersburg and the wrecker brought my Cadillac to Sullivan. Rick was in the Service Dept. He could not have been more helpful and considerate! Each person we spoke with was so helpful, offering snacks and drinks, etc. When my car was brought to me it had been washed and gas added (which had been siphoned at our hotel). We were on our way with a minimal bill and a great feeling about this dealership. Thanks, Rick! Sherry Windham, Orange, TX
Bought a certified preowned 2016 Cadillac. Not even my first oil change and it needs front brakes for $3,000.00. Put 4k miles on it and this happens. The reconditioning of their vehicles must not be up to par or accurate for what they put on the forms. Horrible customer service, spoke to a sales manager Joe Trott and he told me it's a wear item and he wouldn't do anything. Brakes are a wear item but not 5 mm in 4k miles. Purchasing a vehicle from them for a good amount of money and 3 months later they couldn't care what happens. Would not trust this dealership and will not buy another vehicle there.
Had my 2015 SRX now a little over 2.5 years Several minor problems that were taken care of but now that the car has 20,000 on the vehicle , making an appointment , dropping it off and getting a loaner seems to be more of a problem that a service provided . Perhaps its time to shop around for something Koran or Japanese built. WHY ? Service after the sale counts for more than 80% of the customer returns .
Nice cars, but superior service.
Went over to Sullivan today to test drive a couple Cadillac's. I let the salesman know which two I wanted to drive and he proceeded to tell us that they don't have time to let us drive two vehicles. We didn't even get further than that, he went to check on something and we left. What a horrible dealership.
I bought a certified pre owned 2012 Cadillac SRX from Sullivan Cadillac. The vehicle just turned 47,000 miles and I noticed a humming noise coming from the wheels. I took my vehicle into Sullivan on the weekend, but the service technician had already left and wouldn't be back till Monday. I asked if there was a lender car that I could borrow because I live 30 minutes away and didn't want to cause any additional damage or cause an accident with my 6 month old being with me. There was nothing they could offer to help me. This is not the customer service that I expected from Cadillac. I made a claim to the corporate level and they also denied me any help. Cadillac offers 4 years or 40,000 miles warranty. Though my vehicle is a 2012, the previous owner, who was the service manager of Sullivan Cadillac, purchased the vehicle in 2011; thus, starting the warranty period. Therefore, my warranty ended September 2015, before it reached 40,000 miles or 4 years. Any reputable company should consider this vehicle still under warrantyor at least offer a goodwill warranty. It's not 6 years old with 60,000 milesit's 4 years old with 47,000 miles. I am completely disappointed with the customer service from a corporate and dealership level. To offer merchandise of supposed quality with high value and a helpless customer serviceask yourself if you would purchase a GM product if you were treated like dirt. There is something wrong with my car and I am trying to get help, but I get treated like I have a garbage vehicle. Glad to know that GM stands behind their product. Thanks for making my future vehicle purchasing easier by staying away from GM products.
I saw the 2016 SRX on the internet, called and spoke to Roy Smith. Very easy to deal with and he is very knowledgeable when it comes to the product he is representing.
Once my wife and I arrived we were greeted by Ronnie Rodriquez and Roy. We were shown the car and went on a test drive. The car was as described in every way. Once we came back we went over the numbers that we had already agreed upon with No Changes and they even threw in window tint. William Vernon is very efficient at his position in financing and signing was a breeze. Thank you again Sullivan Cadillac and your sales team deserves some recognition! Well Done!!!
Cadillac. What's going on?
When Clients are willing to pay $75k+ for vehicles I am perplexed by the run down reception area, inefficienct & sub par service center, lengthy wait times & MOST IMPORTANTLY SEVERE lack of service.
Bulk quantities of Cadillac team members standing around (on cell phones, telling crass jokes, inappropriately talking about both team members & customers & the nicely dressed front sales team repeatedly walking by the clearly upset clients in the reception area because the "sale" has been made).
When quoted an hour for a Dx & it takes 2 & then they say there is nothing wrong (After my car has died twice in 10 days @ Airports)Sounds great in theory but as history has shown from last year the same situation happened & resulted in 2 new engines & a slew of adtl. items & sequential Appts for 4+ weeks. There was an awesome gal in service them who is no longer with the company & she is the reason I went back.
This time, I am crossing my fingers we are good. As I've planned a surprise Fathers Day trip & my car is the family car. I am hoping we don't end up stranded again.
I always choose to see the good & give second chances. We all have an off day & truly deserve it.
But Cadillac, as much as I love my car (& I ❤️ My car). I will be saying goodbye. We are looking for a new company & dealership that believes in the cohesivity to servicing their clients throughout their relationship of purchasing & owning a vehicle as to promote a repurchase (or upgrade) in the future because if treated well on both spectrums why would one ever leave.
