My wife and I had another very pleasant stay at Hotel Le Jolie. The updates to the rooms and interior are done and look great. While we were there they were redoing the parking lot and laying down a new surface which will look nice and drain well. The staff is always very pleasant and helpful. Helen in the breakfast room always has a smile and keeps the eating area spotless. The front desk personal are always asking if there was anything they can do, they help you get to the subway and which train to take to where ever you are going. When you check out they will hold your luggage and hail a cab or call a car service. Niki and Grace were the to wonderful people at the front desk this time.
This was the second time that I've stayed at the Hotel Le Jolie. Both times were fantastic. I travel all around the world and I'd put this place as one of the best for customer service and an overall positive attitude from the entire staff.
Special thanks goes out the person that prepares breakfast buffett, Helen. During both of our visits, Helen took extreme care in ensuring that everyone on our team was well taken care of. It's makes all the difference in the world when you have a great start to the day.
Thanks again,
GV
Nice hotel in Williamsburg. Location is right by the highway but rooms are quiet. Rooms are typical NYC sized but space is used efficiently. Short walk to many bars and restaurants as well as the subway to downtown. Parking is relatively easy as well
Modern, clean hotel at reasonable rates with free parking and the best hotel continental breakfast I have experienced. Wonderful choice of fresh, delicious pastries and breads. Friendly, helpful staff. Only downside was hearing our neighbors through the wall.
Nice hotel, clean rooms and bathrooms. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Nice, walkable location with awesome restaurants nearby.
The hotel is very small but modern. I really like the room, however the A/C unit is right next to the bed so whenever it starts working the person sleeping in that bed gets ice cold. The washroom has the foggy glass doors which is kinda annoying but it's fine. The breakfast isn't anything to write home about but it gets the job done. Minutes away from the Lorimer station so that's a huge plus. The hotel (especially the upper floors) are on the same level as the highway so it kinda gets noisy. Not sure why but was a pleasant experience overall despite everything I mentioned.
I enjoyed this hidden gem in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The hotel was under renovation, but was still very clean and well kept. The staff was friendly. The rooms are a bit small, but are very modern and have the amenities that you would need during travel. There is free parking right in front of the hotel, but on street parking and parking under the overpass right across from the hotel and I liked that there is front desk staff that monitors the parking lot and activity on the street in front of the hotel. Free breakfast is available daily and coffee/ tea and fruits are available twenty four hours a day. There are several restaurants and lounges in the immediate area and the subway is in walking distance to take you to downtown Brooklyn or to Manhattan. I would definitely stay here again. Not certain about accommodations for families with children, but there were several families during my stay.
I've stayed at Hotel Le Jolie on several occasions over the last four years and I always look forward to my stay. The rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the location can't be beat. Dining in the immediate area has really improved year by year and I've always felt safe in the surrounding neighborhood. The hotel has great staff retention and I appreciate the care that Helen provides each morning at breakfast.
Stayed here last three times when visiting Brooklyn. Clean, modern rooms smallish but very adequate. Helen at the breakfast area keeps it spotless and helps everyone that needs help. Like location and they do give repeat customer discount if you ask (15%). We shall return
Hotel Le Jolie is my go to hotel in NYC. The staff is excellent, the rooms are very nice and very clean, and the location is perfect for me. And did I mention tbe staff? They really are great, sometimes they fix issues before I can even let them know one exists. I recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family.
As a professional traveler, I have stayed in many hotels over the last 30 years. We booked the Le Jolie to be nearby a wedding venue we were attending. The hotel and staff were fabulous. The building was approximately 9 years old and was quite nice. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and modern amenities our room had. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was significantly above average and the lady named Helen that was in charge of it was friendly , efficient, and attentive. I would highly recommend this hotel and we plan to stay there again. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.
A modern and very well thought out room. They have creative ways to create space where there shouldn't be any.
And they give you in room slippers!
Very well appointed rooms - everything new, comfortable bedding. I was fortunate to have partial Manhattan skyline view (#505). Friendly, polite staff - very personable and willing to assist with any needs. Great location for subway into Manhattan. No noise from BQE. Restaurants, delis all within minutes walk.other restaurants are within minutes if driving/taxi.
