Best location in Niagara Falls, much better versus the Buffalo Ave location. This is located on the Blvd situated in what is now considered between Town of Niagara and Niagara Falls-LaSalle area. It is a nice area with low crime rate. Me and my Wife stayed here on several occasions. Thanks to the Staff we were able to grab a last-minute room. Highly recommend!

Every single person working here is wonderful. We were escaping south Florida during hurricane Irma, got in at 230a. I called ahead and talked to both Tammy and Kristen because I didn't want to pay for a room in case our flight was cancelled. They were very helpful. Bobby put out the best breakfast and I was starving and Adam was super helpful with our luggage. It was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this.

Lady at front desk was very nice, very helpful. She welcomed us with a smile and friendly service. Our Room was very clean, beds are comfortable. Restroom was also very clean, stocked with clean towels. This hotel also offers free breakfast. There is a fridge, microwave, and keurig coffee maker in your room. Will definately stay here again.

Clean and pleasant hotel for a longer stay. Staff very nice. The reason for only 4 stars are breakfast. They are very average. Sometimes noisy because of thin walls. I would still recommend to business travellers, I felt like at home after one week.

Enjoyed our 30th Anniversary here! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Kudos to Kristen, who checked us in late Thursday night. A big shout out to Bob, who goes above and beyond to make the complimentary breakfast run smoothly for the guests. We're definitely coming back!

We were able to book a last minute room for the night via Book now. The room was clean and the room was quiet. We grabbed free breakfast at the hotel which was ok. We were pleased with the stay.

Horrible experience with management. Worst location, trashy neighborhood, I'd rather stay in a Motel 6 than this place again. I have been a loyal Holiday Inn Express customer, but NEVER AGAIN.

Extremely insensitive to a customer's plight. Ensure you are aware of the hotel cancellation policies. They are not to depend on if there are sudden changes to a customer's reservation. Any dime you owe will be extracted with no courtesy or consideration of your status with them.

Clean, fairly quiet. No hot tub, but kids enjoyed pool. Allows parking for $25/week after one night stay, but no shuttle service to the airport. (walkable though). Good breakfast including cool pancake machine.
