Perfect location for shopping at the Outlet mall! Surrounded by many restaurants and easy drive to other locations like the Falls. Currently doing lots of renovations around the hotel. New showers are great. Unlike many hotels, lots of seats available to enjoy a good breakfast. Eggs, sausages, waffles, fruit, breads and cereals. Have stayed here before and will stay again.

Very pleasant place to stay. A nice hot breakfast! The pool was warm and salt water. The staff was very pleasant too. The outside is being remodeled presently but we didn't hear a thing from out room nice!

Rooms relatively clean (we had 2 for our large group). Located near some major shopping outlets and restaurants. Not far from Niagara Airport. About 15 minute drive to the Falls. Needs improvement: breakfast tends to be crowded, hot menu items not very appealing. For a few extra bucks you can get a better breakfast at a cozier place down the road.

Hotel is in a good location with easy access to the Niagara Falls, NY tourist attractions etc. There are lots of restaurants and fast food services nearby. Room was neat, clean, and with everything functional, and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, nutritious, and with choices. Business Centre computers and services were all functional. Fitness room was well-equipped, but some gear needs repair or replacement. I would stay here again.

We had a satisfactory experience at this hotel. Breakfast was good. Free coffee, tea, and juice all day long was a nice benefit. It was a little expensive for what you get, but I guess you are paying for the proximity to Niagara Falls. We did not like that there was one switch for the bathroom light and loud fan, which means you really can't turn on the light when you go to the bathroom in the middle of the night because you will wake up everyone else. Also, the sink is separate from the toilet and bathtub, which is not as convenient.

Decent hotel that served its purpose - staying for a local baseball tournament. Overpriced in my opinion for what it offers. Breakfast included a nice touch. Breakfast offered hot buffet including eggs, sausage and waffles. Coffee was excellent! Bathrooms looked renovated and exceeded my expectations. Overall a good hotel and would recommend it.

Location was great since it was close to shopping and dining and not far from the falls. Loved that the hotel had a small arcade and an indoor pool. Room was nice and clean and the staff very friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

We always stay here when we are in Niagara Falls, USA. The rooms are very clean and comfortable; the indoor pool is nice; staff is very friendly and accommodating. The property has been undergoing extensive renovations over the past 2 years - next is the front of the building which is why they are not fixing a roof leak in the reception area which was quite obvious and unsightly when we arrived. My hat off to the maintenance person who managed to almost make it disappear next day by attaching a plastic sheet to the ceiling to re-route the drip down behind a door!

Best Western is normally a reliable chain this time not so much! The hotel was cold and it appeared that they had recently had a major leak. Our room had hair in the tub and in clumps on the carpet. The group upstairs was loud for most of he night. Very disappointed! 😢

The room was beautiful and well appointed. Very stylish and boutique look. The pool was clean and well taken care of as was the fitness and business center. The continental breakfast was hot and there were plenty of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and even had a typed up list of local fare for dining out. Christina was a great hostess and my wife and I will definitely be staying there again.

Very close to the Outlet mall. Lots of places to eat nearby. Rooms are comfortable. Not too big. Unfortunately, the sinks are outside the toilet and shower area. Breakfast is surprisingly good for a hotel breakfast. Would recommend.
