One of the BEST hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff are without hesitation the most polite and helpful people you will encounter during your visit. The facilities are exceptionally clean and our room was warm and comfortable what an awesome bed!!! This is without a doubt a 5 star hotel.

Smart, clean, friendly, very big rooms at reasonable price for NYC. Cheese and wine every evening and breakfast included plus tea coffee and biscuits available in lobby 24 hours. Where else would you for be that in NYC included in the room price. I wouldn't bother looking anywhere else when I am in the big Apple.

Had a great stay here for a long weekend. The breakfasts and happy hours were awesome to start the day and night. Super location and the staff could not have been more happy or helpful.

Amazing hotel!!! Loved the spacious rooms, location, friendly staff and amenities. They really make you feel welcome. It is the best value for your money I could find in NY - they include a breakfast and wine and cheese happy hour each night! Lots of storage in the rooms which is perfect as we stayed with our two kids. Would highly recommend!!!

We feel extremely accommodated here! Lovely restaurant and beautiful aesthetic to the hotel. Staff is extremely kind and willing. Location is very convenient for touring the city and is in a safe area. Continental breakfast was delicious!

Great hotel The staff is so friendly and accomodating. Room was perfect. We enjoyed the rooftop for some sun and also happy with the complimentary breakfast and wine & cheese hour. They made parking easy as well! Great locationnothing bad to say

Great view from room but very very very small . Not big enough for 2 people and no space to put anything on a shelf in bathroom. Wifi in room very poor not able to connect until in lobby area. Reception area beautiful but step out of lift to get to rooms and its very old and in need of cleaning and upgrading. Staff very helpful.

Comfortable hotel with lovely attentive staff. Extremely good location on Times Square and we've stayed here before. A little more variety on the breakfast menu would be appreciated but all in all a great stay in a comfortable friendly hotel right in the thick of the Manhattan action. Thank you Casablanca :)

Fabulous, quirky hotel. Incredibly friendly staff, especially the lovely Gabriella. Nice little breakfast and wine/cheese thrown in. Good sized well maintained rooms. Close to Flatiron. Will be our base in NYC for all future trips for sure. Looking forward to coming back already.

“Perfect place to stay in middle of NYC”
Hotel Giraffe is on Park Ave and 26th St, near 2 subway stops and plenty of restaurants. We had 2 comfortable Queen beds, great shower, and very welcoming staff. Breakfast was included and better than most hotel breakfasts - fresh fruit, cappuccino, scones, etc. The cozy lobby was open for coffee drinks and cookies when you got back to the hotel late. Didn't make it to the free wine and cheese hour but it was packed with guests. Make reservations for nearby restaurants because we had trouble getting in even after 8pm for dinner - Upland, The Little Beet. Eataly is nearby. Had a great experience here. Shared room with 2 friends and we had plenty of space including each having a closet. Staff was terrific, especially Gabriella! Complimentary breakfast and wine and cheese every afternoon. Lovely roof top bar.
