This was a unbelievably sad hotel. The staff I interacted with were very nice, but it didn’t make up for the green screen color on the walls, the very weird art, and the overwhelming smell of bleach in white tiled rooms that offered no comfort and made me feel as if I was on a hard mattress in a YMCA swimming pool. It’s a shame since the location and the exterior was exciting, but it really needs an update.

broken locks, loud location, hard to find parking, card scanner wasn't working. Reception was very nice and understanding but the quality of the hotel was unacceptable for the price it was.

Very nice hotel. Amazing rooms. Trendy location. Lots of great restaurants. Bars. In walking distance. Friendly staff. Overall great place to stay if u want to be in the middle of all the excitement.

Decent place to stay. The location is lively and located next to some really great restaurants. Parking is $20. Rooms are really small and do not have a microwave or fridge. The beds are very soft. However, once I laid down i sunk in and can't move. There was no counter space in the bathroom so I had to place my bathroom bag in the toilet. If was difficult to take out my contacts or even brush my teeth.

What a dump. They upsell you when you call and are irritated when you ask them for the rates presented online via hotel sites. 2 unprofessional girls at the lobby, one on her phone chilling on the couch with her feet upthe other observed me struggle with my suitcase case and couldn't even be courteous enough to hold the doors for me. Floors are sticky tile. Lobby looks like an eighties closet with filing cabinets and old boxesthank God I only paid 69.

Had lots to say good and disappointing, it is loud and antiseptic in hard white decor, everyone tried hard to help and then they turned around and did not refund any of their valet parking fee when their staff never took my keys nor parked my car. A sour disappointment in the end.

The staff went out of their way to help our team feel comfortable. They shifted their breakfast start to accommodate our early morning game time. Everyone was very helpful including the gentlemen who had just finished working a double shift.
