The rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. I would like to see some USB charges in the rooms though. That's fairly standard these days. There wasn't a bar but overall it was a decent hotel.

Great value. Attentive staff. Minor problems immediately address. Good hot breakfast. Comfortable bed! Great location. Easy drive to Providence and many other lovely locations in Massachusetts. I would stay here again and I recommended highly. Very good quality for a very good price.

Nice room. The breakfast was not bad, although they really could have Belgian waffles. How hars could it be to stick a waffle iron in there? I needed to stay late. The front desk person allowed a late checkout. Friendly staff.

Convenient to shopping and to Bristol. Beds were very comfortable and shower head could have been more powerful. I liked the efficient and environmentally friendly shower amenities shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Forgot my q tips they didn't have any. Hair dryer got extremely hot in my hand. I have thick hair so it too long time to dry because I had to shut off and let cool down. I was afraid it would light fire or burn my hand.
Check in was quick and easy. Although she didn't mention the rate or payment through Expedia. Credit card should have been for incidentals. No mention of it. She seemed tired. It was 10:30pm.

Room very dusty, not very clean. AC was hard to modulate and the room became too cold. Really noisy with guest partying in multiple rooms: Office would only intervene on one occasion and when it didn't make a difference (they stayed being noisy until after 1:00 am) he wouldn't call them again.
Breakfast not bad for this level of hotel but nothing special. Price was exorbitant for the general quality (almost $200 per night with all taxes included). T.V. volume was kept quite low on the tv controls and my mother who is hard of hearing couldn't hear the tv

Hotel was clean even though rugs were in the process of being replaced. Staff was friendly and helpful. My hat goes off to the people working in the breakfast area. They were pleasant, helpful and kept the room clean at all times. I thought the air conditioner was loud when it cycled on.The bathroom was clean and the shower worked very well.

Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. They don't provide individual bottles, it's a wall mounted dispenser in the shower. It's gross. But rooms are clean staff is nice..shady people are always hanging around

Clean, safe, friendly service. Staff make you feel at home. Very basic accommodations but exactly what we needed. Extremely affordable, considering we had a large party. Breakfast was surprisingly more than expected with a variety of cereals, yogurts, eggs, breakfast meats and nice sized bagels. We were very happy with all we received for the price we paid.
