Attended the annual Newport County Radio Club holiday dinner at the location. Staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Food was served buffet style with a few specialty stations. All courses were excellent and there was more than enough for all attending. Recommended.

Best steak in Newport. Great atmosphere and fantastic bartenders. I love going to the mainstay whether for drinks and food or to just stay the night.

I would say it’s worth the price? The wood flooring was clean, the bed was comfy and the shower water pressure was pretty bomb. The only downside could be it’s a little hard to find a power outlet? But it’s still findable. I would give it a 4.6 star if there’s an option.

This hotel was a breath of fresh air. Not only are the prices great, my room was completely updated, the beds were comfortable and everything seemed pretty upscale for it only being a 2 star hotel. However, the best part of staying here was that it was clean. You can tell that the staff are thorough and that management sets high standards for cleanliness. Attached is a restaurant and you can even get room service. Overall, I have no complaints and appreciate the pleasant staff at the front desk. Highly recommend.

The hotel room was large and neat with an attractive decor. When I awoke on the second morning, I had problems with burning and itching on my arms, neck.and my back. I told my roommate that I must be having a reaction from something I had eaten. When I turned the bed sheet back there was a bedbug on the sheet. We report ed to the font desk. Maintenance was sent.

Very clean hotel! As my job requires travel ive seen a lot of "clean" places, this place truly is worth the visit. Also there's a casino across the street that also looks very well ran and organized.

It was a pretty standard hotel that is located outside of walking distance to the warf. The only issue we had was the light switch to the bathroom wouldn't always work. The layout is also confusing because the hotel is sprawling.

We've stayed here twice and both times were delightful. I believe if you treat people with respect, they will treat you with respect. With that said I found the hotel staff very pleasant and helpful. We love the fact that our room had a microwave and refrigerator in it. Room rates fit right in with our budget too. Shopping close by with a casino across the street if you like to gamble. Attached to this hotel is a fantastic restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. A drive to the center of town is about 5 mins. by car. A good place to stay if you don't want to spend a lot for a room.

Good price. They have re-done the hotel and the lower floor inside is now hardwood floors. While it looks better it also means you can hear every single doorstep from the room directly above you. But the staff is nice, and the hotel rooms look great

Skip this place. I booked a room and paid for it. I needed to cancel and tried to do so BEFORE their 72 hour cancellation policy. The front deck person said it would not be a problem, then management refused to issue a refund.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and well kept. Walls are very thin and you can hear a lot of things happening in the rooms next door and in the hallway.

Blankets were so thin it felt like sleeping under paper. They had roughly the same heat trapping abilities as well. They look very nice and have a beautiful pattern, but are of little to no actual use. Although the rooms were very clean, the towels were stained and the heating seemed not to exist. I had little sleep, waking up every two hours from the cold. I was even wearing a sweatshirt. My advice? If you decide to stay, bring a VERY warm outfit, your own blankets, or even a space heater.
