We got an upgrade free of charge to a bi level suite. I also told them it was my fiances birthday and they brought us some sparkling wine and champagne glasses. Great Experience!

The room was great, very clean and modern. Jacuzzi tub! Checking in was a breeze. I had breakfast one morning and the food was pretty good, but the service wasn't great. There was only one guy waiting the tables so we were a little late to the meeting we were there for.

Great conference experience. Friendly staff all around! Sloan was the best employeefrom the time I walked in the door until the time I left he was helpful, and friendly. Would stay here again.

The Hyatt Regency in Newport is my favorite hotel. I've stayed here many times over the years and always had great experiences. The staff has changed but they are consistently helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend staying there when in Newport.
