The bed was so comfortable! The service was friendly. The down side would be that the lights in the hotel hot tub area were way too bright. They need to set a better ambiance.

Not too bad for the price. Got upgraded with my status and the suite was nice for the family. Pool wasn't too great as the water was too cold in both the pool and the hot tub. Breakfast was pretty good for being included.

Very nice staff, breakfast bar had good food and was well stocked. Room was very large and had plenty of space. The location was great as well.

I stayed at this location for nearly a month. The staff greet me daily by name. It is so nice to be recognized! Breakfast is always on time and the housekeepers stay on the ball! I had my favorite pillow accidently removed from my room during a normal cleaning. The housekeeping supervisor made sure I was taken care of even while he was on vacation! They replaced my pillow with a new one just like it. The t.v. and refrigerator are pretty tiny for us extended visitors but the staff more than make up for it. Thank you for my stay and thank you for making it right with my pillow!!!

The Express isn't a 5 star "Hotel" with all the luxury, but I'm giving these 5 stars for it being a nice easy location, Quick, clean one night stay. We had a late arrival & front desk staff were happy to see us. Very easy check-in. All rooms are non-smoking which we like and ours had a "Clean smell" to it. A/CHeating unit was set pretty cool, but heated up to 71 within 20 min. Beds clean & comfortable. The morning shower had plenty of hot water for us all. One reason we stay is because the breakfast is so convenient and included. The food is cafeteria style with a couple of healthier choices like turkey sausage, veggie white egg omelettes. I love salsa with mine but didn't have that at this location. It's a great 4 star with 5 star staff doing their best.

Facility was clean, staff were professional and helpful. My event went smoothly and as scheduled without unpleasant surprises. That's a win any day in my book.

The room was spacious, laid out well and very clean. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. It's near the airport but amazingly quiet. I didn't hear a plane or car traffic the entire stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. This will be my first choice when staying in Warwick, RI again.

we stayed over night with 3 toddlers. such a great stay. the pool was nice and warm, rooms spacious and the breakfast was fantastic. had something for each of the kiddos. the lady hosting breakfast was wonderful.. she helped my kiddo get everything they needed.

Great hotel. Helpful desk service. Wonderful basic continental breakfast with smiling staff and wonderful cleaning staff. They folded my dress shirt and arranged my toiletries neatly on a washcloth by the sink. I was impressed!

This Hotel has friendly employees and attentive to detail and caring for there customers. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
I did not gave it a 5 star because the pool is always very cool and even giving the "complain" is not fix.
Another reason is because little details are very important and I had notice a few *it can get very noisy at times, *found hair on the little fridge and inside the microwave one time. They are little things that in fact I cleaned up and didn't complain, because I am not that "picky" about little things in life.
Beds are very comfortable, bathrooms have enough towels, air conditioner is always in the right temperature and in working conditions and the rooms I had stayed did not had any weird smells. I recommend this Hotel.response / report this review -

I've stayed here 3 times in the past year and a half. Good atmosphere as well as a decent staff. Breakfast isn't half bad either. Has a pool and jacuzzi

Rooms were nice and clean. Always had hot water and fresh towels when I showered. Staff was very friendly and polite. Shuttle service left a lot to be desired. With one driver and a six person van, it could be a long wait until you were able to be picked up from the airport. Overall a pleasant stay

Very nice for what it is.
The provided breakfast is perfectly acceptable for a free meal.
The "business center" is small, but semi-private and easy to access.
Room included a fridge.
I cannot recommend the pool/hot-tub however; I tried it once, and the water left my skin feeling gross.response / report this review
