  This place is easily 5 stars with their specialty pancakes but don't expect alot from their sides, the eggs are watery and hash browns are not cooked enough. It could just be my preference but I recommend sticking with the pancakes or French toast. The staff is friendly and very fast, even if it is crowded. The prices are also very reasonable for what you get.

  This place was fantastic. The food was delicious and came out quickly. The wait staff were friendly and efficient. Lots of breakfast options and prices are reasonable. This place is popular, but they turn the tables quickly.

  Good food, good wait staff, very clean. Breakfast was delicious with outstanding pancakes and French toast---yes! I tried both! Went for lunch today with a party of 16. They did an excellent job of getting the food out in a timely manner. Homemade chicken noodle soup is a meal in itself! Comments of others in our party were very favorable about how good the food was and very generous portions. We will be back!

  An incredibly cozy place perfect for family gatherings in the morning! They have incredible pancakes, awesome bacon and wonderful eggs. The food is well made, having a very sincere flavor as if it were homemade. The employees are kind and patient, they almost always have a smile. I've only visited twice (as I'm not a morning person), but would visit every week if they were open even later!

  I absolutely love this place, my kids enjoy and look forward to coming here every weekend. Jose is always friendly and on point with service and if there has ever been an issue he makes sure we walk out with a smile on our face. We did notice he wasn't there this weekend which was odd, I hope it was because he on vacation or something.

  Generous (to near-insanity) portions. Good quality, particularly the pancakes. The diner-like appearance won't win over any fans, but the food is good.

  Always good. Love the hot oatmeal served with brown sugar, and raisins, no lumps, really smooth and creamy. My poach eggs are always the way I like them. Lots of choices of breads. Coffee is always good and fresh. Fast and great service! Very reasonable and a large menu to choose from.

  Busy and lively breakfast and lunch hot spot. Good food, fair prices, good service. It was fairly busy this trip and our food took about 15 minutes too long to come out. The bathrooms could use some improvement.

  Amazing service! Came in with a party of 15 for my nieces graduation. our drinks never ran out, the food was delicious, waitress was patient and polite. Definitely making this our go to spot when visiting next time!!!!
