Centrally located, Palm Room had lots of distracting noise from kitchen area, audio visual support was excellent, ample free parking near Martin Luther King and Interstate 75 exit , next to Cocoa Cola offices. Staff very helpful, on site restaurant serves, breakfast/brunch, lunch, and dinner, definitely a spot great for business or pleasure near Brandon and Tampa

Great service and friendly staff. Went for a wedding and had a wonderful time. They are remodeling so it was a little noisy in the room after 9am.

We always stay here when we come to Tampa for business. It's close to I-75 and has easy access to wherever you want to go over here. They have comfortable beds, good WI-FI, the rooms are always clean, the staff is very friendly and will do whatever it takes to make your stay better. They are currently upgrading the property and rooms so it will be like new in a couple of months from what I understand. I definitely recommend it!😊

I must warn you, there are Bed Bugs. I came and was given a room and found a live bed bug and took pictures and video and I notified the staff and their response was not too concerned. I understand this is a older hotel but the staff that are cleaning the rooms need to check thoroughly and have the place treated. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again.

Overall, the property is a little dated, but found it to be clean and comfortable. The service, especially in the club lounge, was phenomenal. Good location for attending events at Mid Florida amphitheatre.

Good experience overall. Hotel common areas and room were clean. Room service was polite and efficient. Check out was easy. There was a minor issue with checking in but it was resolved. Overall appear of the hotel was nice and the location was convenient.

Everything you'd expect in a fancy hotel. The employees treated me with respect and the room service was great. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were worth taking home with me.

Booked a reservation for this upcoming weekend, and received an email stating the Sheraton would be without power for 8 hours that same night as our stay. I called the hotel to express my concern with paying full price for a room- only to be left without the convince of electricity for half the night. They pointed fingers, blaming the city, claiming "it's not our fault" and they "can't compensate" for that. 8 hours without power? A hotel is supposed to be HOSPITALITY based, to care for its PAYING patrons. I'm absolutely disgusted with their "customer service" and their unwillingness to atleast compensate for NO POWER. Absolutely will never stay, recommend, or speak well of this brand of hotel chains. Just hope that you won't be left in the dark while staying here, because they sure as hell won't care.

The rooms were clean and well stocked. The staff is very friendly and took time to engage my children. They offer recycling which is important to me. I noticed that some staff is bilingual (Spanish) so checking in was a fast process for everyone. My children loved the pool and the shuttle service is great for the casino. It's very close to a number of restaurants if dining at the hotel isn't for you. The hotel is clean and we had a great time. We would recommend this hotel and will stay here on our next trip.

Location was great. Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Only issue was housekeeping knocking on the door before I was awake. I love the extra bathroom amenities.

Staff is wonderful. Rooma were comfortable and the beds were very welcoming to a tired guest. We stayed here as a partnered guest of the Hard Rock Casino and it is a great place to stay. I have been here a few times now and I have been satisfied each time. This time I left something in the room and they got it to me the evening I asked about it after the employees finished their shift. I am pleased with the response time and the honesty of the staff.
