Love this place. Great atmosphere, great food. If you have shrimp allergy I do not recommend fried food, but there are plenty of amazing alternatives. I like the mojo pork tacos.

This was a night for celebration and one of my group suggested Gators. It was a great choice. We were greeted with enthusiastic smiles as they artfully arranged enough table for a large group. There is a fantastic variety of good, including several choices of gator meats. The beer 🍺 choices was a good eclectic mix, the 2-for-1 made it better.
When eating out with a large group it use hard to not have an issue with at least one order. Not tonight. Food was prepared well, drinks were refreshed quickly, everyone was happy.
Gators was an excellent choice, we will be back.response / report this review -

Love this place!!!! The staff is awesome, I always feel part of the family when I eat here. Great food and even better drink specials. Do yourself a favor and stop into this hidden gem!

I live in GA and come down to Tampa to see my beautiful lady from time to time and when we are hungry we almost always go to Gators because we get that 5🌟 treatment and 5🌟 food. I love their wings, the mixed drinks are always on point by their bar tenders. This place always has some kind of deal going on and we are always treated with the most kindness and welcoming respect wish they had one in Atlanta with all the same people and the same food because they always make it a memorable experience for a come back.

Of the few times I've been to Gator's, the service has been good and the food is usually well prepared and comes in a timely manner. On Mondays they do all you can eat wings and I think it's one of their best specials. Do give yourself a at least an hour, as the wing day brings a lot of people and service times can be slow bringing out your wing orders

Not happy. Boyfriend used to live out here and we were in town for the weekend and he picked here. It took over 45 minutes to get our food and when we did the "famous wings" were cold and I had to send them back (first time ever doing this). Took 15-20 to get new semi warm wings, then we waited another 30-40 for our waitress to even come back to our table. If I was the type of evil person to dine then ditch, I would have, as this meal was not worth the money. At all. Wasn't even busy for theFSU/wake forest game to be an excuse.

The giant pretzel (appetizer) was incredible. The service even better. I watched NCAAFB and was able to see all the games. My wife enjoyed her flat iron steak. (Who knew?). My daughter enjoyed her fried egg, bacon burger. I had a gyro that they happily changed to my liking. Just a great dinning experience.

I just came for drinks and apps but I must say the customer service here is amazing. I like to go to a place and feel important and the best way is to have the staff great you and let you know you are welcome. I felt this from every employee as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone from the hostess to the general manager who I had to thank for running such a great restaurant. I'm definitely going to be a returning customer.

This place is absolutely disgusting. My wife and I have been here a few times and enjoyed the wings. Today was a different story. The restaurant was slow for a Saturday at 1:30pm. We were sat by the host and the waiter got our drinks and took our order. Everything was good to that point. He brought back plates to set the table before our food got there. I lifted the top plate to give one to my wife and the plate below was absolutely disgusting. Food and grease all over it. Took pictures of it but the review doesn't have a picture upload option. Seeing this immediately made us sick to our stomachs and we got up and left right away. Told the waiter on the way out to cancel the order and gave him the plates where he agreed it was absolutely disgusting!
Never again Gators, I'm sure it won't be long before you're closed down anyway.response / report this review -

I would give this place five stars if they were honest about there wings. They told me they have grilled wings but the wings are actually fried then grilled. I was 6 months without eating fried food till I was duped here. The manager said it takes too long to grill wings. Wings were good, but really wished they were up from my about it.

First time ever going there, ordered the MOJO pork tacos came with rice and black beans it was beyond Delicious. Best service I've ever experienced and best food I've had since on vacation. Definitely will come again.Also the bartender made his specialty drink that was so yummy.

Fantastic spot. Ashlynn provided great service, we sat off from "the crowd " exactly what we needed and the food and beer were great!! Had an excellent date night with my boyfriend - despite the rain.

excellent food! I had the Build Your Own Dog which was delicious. Fries were cooked perfectly, golden brown and tasty. Gator Bites were tender and perfectly cooked. Salted Caramel cheesecake was possibly the best my wife ever tasted. Good location and great atmosphere. Excellent service and nice staff.
