I was suckered into buying the timed card, but wasn't told you are only allowed 3 turns on each machine before the machine will lock your card. After that you are not allowed to play it anymore. furthermore Half the games I played were sticky or broken and all were very old. It was a bad way to spend an afternoon.

I will not be coming back here until a formal apology from manager David L. Occurs. He was very rude, tried talking over me and was dead wrong. And never apologized. If I have 2 time access cards and they are not working, how are you going to credit me 15 minutes on one card and not the other? We paid over $40 for these cards man. Just credit the 15 minutes and keep happy customers. And this was my spot. I can't stand rude employees. Especially managers

Basically for $1 you get 4 credits which worked for the most games I️ wanted to play. Everything looks clean and new. Friendly staff. They offer free cards to put credits on - so that’s another benefit. In my opinion great spot to pop in and play some games with your friends or family. Good vibe and good selection of arcade games. Would recommend going during the day (not evening) to avoid waiting for the game/arcade you want.

Best time in a long time at an Arcade/bar/restaurant. 2 hours of play on 80% of the games for reasonable $. I'll be back. We had my son's birthday party there today the four stars is because I asked for the food to be brought up 10 minutes late and it showed up 10 minutes early when I was asking it didn't seem like an issue but then it showed up 10 minutes early and said they couldn't help it. 300 for ten kids and it includes game play. We will be back.

This place is unorganized, staff isn't trained properly and it's always khaos. I have come here 3 or 4 years in a row for 2 birthdays per year and it seems to get worse and worse every time. The only reason we come back is because my kids love it so much. Positives are at least you can have a drink to deal with some of the BS. They changed the menu where you can only order personal pizzas not a large 16'' pizza that is shareable among adults and children. No we don't want personal pizzas!!! We want to be able to order a large 16" pizza anywhere in the establishment NOT just a party room! If the restaurant has is (which they do) there should be no discrimination. Also this place is constantly "out of stuff". They need new and better management as well as better training of employees!

My experience was one I won't forget. Staff was rude upon arrival and I was made very comfortable by the staff several times. First and last visit, Will never be back again. I hope your management actually looks into these reviews and addresses them. Your staff and management is going to run this place into the ground.

We only played in the arcade. Had a good time. Lots of new games since last year. Would definitely recommend.
The restaurant looked good. Will try that next time.
The bar area also looks cool to hangout. Quite a few pool tables.

I am writing to express the anger and frustration at your establishment and specifically your General Manager, Lynn Thompson who is by far the rudest customer service employee I have ever encountered.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had attempting to have a birthday for my child.

I was unaware I HAD to book a room for a birthday. When I arrived my sister-in-law mistakenly said we had 14 people. I corrected it at the hostess stand to 19. I also said we had 3 teens one at 18 who could sit at a separate table.
They didn't, they sat us together. We were then ushered to only have 10 or so at the table at a Time.

When we asked about being able to do the cake we were told we could move to a bar table. Then we were told we could not.
We spent $400 and the General Manager didn't even have the courtesy to apologize for the misunderstanding.
We made clear at arrival that we were unaware of the changes but rolled with it and instead of appetizers I paid close to $300 for meals for all the children. Then I had to pay an additional $105 for another hour of play because the teenagers weren't allowed at the table until enough people left the table.

When my partner approached Lynn she was rude and in essence told her we should have handled it differently. However, at this time that is a moot point. We were now at your establishment with 19 people. There was nothing we could do to change the plan.

I then approached her to say again, I am not sure how this is our fault when I said we have 19 not 14. She continued to tell me that we said 14. I continued to tell her I changed the number before we were ever seated she said "What do you want me to do about it?"

Overall, while we really liked our waitress, this was an evening with my child, along with the other 17 people, I will never get back. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone. And I plan to immediately go online and write reviews about my experience.

But the most important takeaway is that Lynn Thompson is by far the rudest General Manager and human I have ever encountered. As a tip I would send her for customer service training.

My family and I had a wonderful time playing all the games. The floor staff was friendly and helpful. We decided to have lunch there and we were seated and our order was taken very quickly. We order several appetizers, and this is where the wheels fell off our experience. We ordered the fried Mac and Cheese balls, they came out the size of softball and had way too much oregano in them, the Nachos were terrible, they had no flavor and there was some kind of hot sauce on them and it was bad. The queso was pretty good a little thin but nice. The best thing we ordered was by far the lettuce cups, the only little picky thing was that the chicken should have been cut smaller, some pieces were bigger than the lettuce cup. Our server was amazing. And the chocolate Martini was to die for.

The bartender was amazingly funny. Sweet potato fries were delicios. I had so much fun here that I didn't notice it was time to leave until my card wouldn't work anymore. I will be coming back

Everyone I went with and I liked our food, and the dind and play was a great deal. Had a lot of fun playing the games too. Most arcades are full of broken machines, but this place kept their cabinets working. Staff was very friendly as well. Had an issue with the game card I got with my dine and play meal, because somehow when they activated it, it didn't get any credits put on it. The staff quickly fixed it. This guy Dionte was really nice about it, and believed me when I told him I was having a problem. Instead of treating me like I was lying or trying to just dismiss me, he gladly fixed it and then about 10 minutes later he found me to check it was all working right. Great guy, great place.

Have been here many times and it's always the same issue! My kids love the games at this place and that's the only reason why we ever go. Service is horrible, staff is terrible and not trained properly. They are always out of stuff and they changed the menu to not serve full size 16" pizzas unless you book a party room. Party room doesn't included anything but one menu food option, a room for an hour and an hour game card. That's not worth 200!! Additionally the over all experience is stressful from a professional stand point. Kids have fun of course cause they get to run around carefree but as far as everything else this place needs better management and staff as well as a menu change. If you have 16" pizzas everyone should be able to purchase them, not just party rooms that you overcharge for. Especially when party rooms are booked!

Tonight me and a friend went because we received free 15 dollar promo for St. Patty's day, cool no problem since we had never been. Well when we got there it was a different story, my friend redeemed her offer got card, I then redeemed my offer got card. We then decided to add 25 dollars extra. Well we went to first we noticed our credits were different come to find out the promo never took on my card despite spitting out card. Well when we realized this I talked to cashier who then found her manager, manager went through transactions and even though we had explained what happened said machine did its job (obviously there was a glitch since only showing one promotion had been redeemed and we both redeemed) and that there was nothing else that could be done. I feel that management could have been a little bit more customer service oriented and not so dismissive. Because of this experience we will not be back.
