I always love coming here The food was great like always but my server was all but that Not once did she come check on us.. I had to track down another server to get our tab and to pay my bill.. Karla please I know your busy but it wasn't that busy today please pay more attention to your customers

I went here last night and really enjoyed it. The wings were great the service was good and I'm very much looking forward to going back next week when I'm in town again.

Very disappointed this time, had two Bloody Mary's, forget garnish on second one, the server asked me if they could us same glass. My Korean BBQ ribs were like chewing paper, now my Korean BBQ wings were great. Also, the server is very personable, but both times she has waited on us, she has forgotten everything and we go when it is very slow. Both time we were her only table, until after we got our food. I am going to be hitting up the Lakeland location, and see how this one fares. If I am going to spend at least $40.00 bucks, before tip, I need a little better quality of food and service.

I went in at a busy time Friday at 12:30 pm. The parking lot was full, but there was still plenty of room inside. I sat at the bar, because it was just me. The bartenders were busy, so they did not have time chat for very long. But," Lil Mermaid" was attentive. (sorry didn't catch her name, but Lil Mermaid was on the CC receipt.) I ordered blackened chicken tacos, that did not taste right to me,. I don't know if it was my tastes or something wrong with them. However, when I said something was wrong, Lil Mermaid offered to replace them. I ordered wings and was much happier. This is excellent service and I am sure I will return many times in the future.

I came in tonight with a group of my friends and the service was good. We always come in but tonight the server Zoe and a male manager were great. They were busy and looked like they were short staffed with waitresses. The manager was awesome. Every time we come in he is running his but off helping everyone. I asked him why he has to work so hard and he said he wouldn't have it anyway else. This place is great and we will always be back a couple times a week. Zoe was are waitress and she did great but as a hospitality worker myself it is so great to see the amount of teamwork with the servers and the manager. Thank you both for a great experience tonight.

Went here before a concert, as busy as they may have been their service was still fast as any other restaurant. Friendly service and well staffed for busy days.

Went in with 4 other people, so there were 5 of us. It was around 4-5pm so it was not busy at all. The lack of attention paid by everyone in there was surprising. Food was actually great, everything else was a bit sad. Having worked for a company similar to Winehouse in the past, I understand what is expected of the girls Supposed to talk to tables and entertain. None of which happened here. Seemed as though everyone there thought they were too good to be there and didn't spend more than a minute with their tables. People that come into Winghouse aren't just there to stare at the servers, they are wanting to talk to the servers as well. In any restaurant, as a server, you are supposed to be personable with your table. That was absent here.
The food came out before the drinks, we were never able to get a round of waters for the table, even though we all asked for them at least 4 times. Best we got was 2 waters total.. To split between 5 people??? Come on.
Once again, food was very good. I was let down by the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff though.response / report this review -

Food was awesome. If you go on a Friday you have to ask for Stephen. She was great. I never had to ask her for anything she pays very good attention to her tables. And best of all her attitude was the best. Made for a very good experience!

The food here was fine, no real complaints. My only issue was that when ordering wings, you can only order wings in one portion instead of being able to ask for a certain number of wings or different sizes. But the wings were fine and the sweet tai chili sauce was tasty. The drink selection is decent; I recommend their alcoholic Arnold Palmer. The staff was all friendly and nice. And in case you don't know, this place is like Hooters (scantily-clad waitresses), but just a smaller chain.

Kate is awesome!! Food came out quick and the beer was nice and cold. Next time I visit Tampa, I'll come back to the Winghouse, just to see Kate! She's great and met all of our wants and needs! Thank youuuu 😀

This WingHouse has been going strong since they opened many, many years ago---across the street (Hwy 301 actually) from The Florida State Fairgrounds and Ford Amphitheater.
I can honestly say IMO, that out of all the WingHouses and many Hooters (Competition Restaurant) I've been to, THIS WingHouse LOCATION is the best. The Best Management, The best / nicest waitresses, The Best food, consistently good---every single time.
During a recent Sunday Lunch visit, our waitress "Alina" was fantastic. She got us in our seats immediately, talked about the seasonal "Specialty Menu" , and we had our cold pints of brew and two glasses of water delivered in less than 5-minutes! My buddy had the "Club Sandwich" which is about four and a half inches high (!) and I had the (3) grilled Chicken Soft Tacos which were awesome! The prices are much more reasonable than Hooters prices--and WingHouse changes up its menu often.
I have never been to this location and met an angry waitress or a waitress having a bad day, which can ruin your meal and experience. They are all very pleasant, sweet and endlessly energized (and of course GREAT LOOKING!!!). Oh, and I must not forget the delightful,"Dress-to-Impress" monthly special days---better get here EARLY if you want to get a seat! Same rule applies whenever there's a Concert at the Amphitheater across the way---it's packed.response / report this review -

I really enjoyed both the food and the environment. Ariel (my bartender/waitress) was not only very stunning but also a really nice girl. Enjoyed talking with both her and Lauren and the night was very nice. I for sure will return.
