The room was great. Great service. No issues except the wifi. But I had avast blocking the connection so it was fine after the front desk helped me. The hotel itself was amazing.

This hotel was close to the airport and very upscale. They had a great rest recreation area (pool, ping pong, etc) and a state of the art fitness room. The hotel lobby was good for meetings, pretty and provided refreshments. We will stay here again.

Pros
The room was excellent and very comfortable. Nice large TV with connectivity to Netflix and YouTube.
Good check-in experience.
Restaurant on-site and like the new upcoming concept of all-inclusive room dining.

Cons
Customer Service: Terrible customer service. Had to jump through multiple hoops just to get my bill.

The hotel is a short drive from the airport. It really is a very well kept and clean Marriott. The gym was spacious and had all of the equipment needed for a workout, and the rooms was clean and comfortable. The welcome staff we're also extremely friendly and accommodating. Great hotel.

The proximity to the airport is nice, in that it doesn't take long to reach regardless of if you rent a car or take the hotel shuttle. It's also convenient that you can drop the rental car off at the hotel if your short on time to make a flight. The rooms are nice, clean, and quiet. The conference rooms were conveniently located and catered breakfasts and lunches were excellent.

Close to airport. Bed hasn't been rotated or flipped in some time because I was sleeping in a hole. Air-conditioner wouldn't go low enough. Room stayed about 72. I like it cooler. Even though the thermostat said to cool to 68, it never got that cool even with the fan on high.

Had no problem with the reservations, however the front desk lady came from the back looking like she just woke up from a good nap. The hotel requires parking in the back (if you were just using them for airport parking) leaving me to feel unsafe walking from the back to the front in the dark alone at 3am. The front desk lady told me the back doors would be open but when I got back there, they were locked. When I called to ask of I was at the right door, she then told me there was a "miscommunication" (probably because she was half asleep) and the doors are only open during business hours. She did say she would send security but by the time security arrived I could have already been at the front. So i just walked to the front. Either way I was still in the back alone. I think they need to reevaluate this procedure for the safety of people. At least have somebody back there to unlock the door so people dont have to walk alone in the dark in the middle of the night with bags.

Great hotel and very friendly service. Everything is very clean and comfortable. Excellent swimming pools and hot tub! Fitness room is enormous, too

I have to add that the accommodations are great. The hotel staff is really exceptional and generous.

TVs are setup as Smart TVs so if you want to log in with your Netflix or Amazon Prime accounts, you can! It will automatically log you out on checkout. Very nice perk

My family and I stayed over Labor Day Weekend for the Advocare Classic. From the moment we arrived, which was late Thursday night, we had an exceptional time. All staff members greeted us with a smile, and hello. We were thanked by so many of the staff for being their guest. The hotel looked brand new, and was very clean! A special thanks to Pavel who checked us out on Sunday morning. He made a connection with the kids, and offered them a small treat. Great job!! My young kids now refer to that as Pavel's hotel. :)

The room was great,check in awesome. A clean well kept property.i was told that they had complementary breakfast. That cost me 19:49.plus tip? Other than that it was a great experience

No free internet..!
Had to pay $20 for one single day.
The following day, I checked out and notified the senior receptionist that I was waiting for the Airport Shuttle. The shuttle came and left. I was sitting in the lobby area and no heads up or a call out.
I was late for my flight.
Number #1 priority should be Customer Service, Marriott failed me on this one.
I believe this is a good hotel but there personnel could use more training.

I wanted to check them out for a potential event. The location is perfect for my out of town family and the amenities are outstanding. They are a little pricey but I believe it would be worth it.

Never have been to a hotel that charges $12-16 A DAY for internet!! Absolutely ridiculous, especially charging $200+ a night. Also no complimentary breakfast of any kind. Go to gym for a apple, if any left, which is the only complimentary thing the entire hotel offers. Vending machines only take debit cards, to purchase a $2 coke. Otherwise their 'store' charges $3 for the same 20oz bottle. Bar charges $3.50 for a glass. No fridge or microwave. Had no choice but to pick up a small order of wings at restaurant, for $15. Store bought frozen ones are at edible, theirs were not! Completely taking advantage of the poor souls stuck staying here. 2 pools which are not heated and too cold to enjoy. Hot tub was dirty and shallow. Remote in room didn't work. Front desk ladies were not friendly or helpful in any way. Would rather stay anywhere but here again.

The staff are very accommodating. Andrew the desk clerk was very personable and after a bit of confusion at a different hotel they for us a room very quickly. Definitely will be back. Nice indoor and outdoor pool and great bar and resteraunt. Awesome view of the city.
