I can't say enough about Homewood Suites. Every one that I have been to always exceeds expectations. This particular one has a detached garage with easy access to Jacksonvilles Sky Rail system. There is also a heated pool and a very large jacuzzi, both being handicapped accessible. Dinner is served M-Th in the dining hall as well as a delicious breakfast every morning. The suites are always immaculate and the service is far above the rest. Highly recommend

Great hotel in staff. The room is very friendly. The breakfast team does a great job serving a variety of products. The hotel is due for renovation. Frankly the hotel is overdue for renovation but I'm glad to see their moving forward with it. Location is handy. Will stay here again

The hot tub Jets were out of service. Freeway noise is present but not that bad. There are railroad trains that go by, horns and bells that will wake you. We were woke twice by those which is about 3 minutes of rumble each. The staff at the counter was nice. Room was excellent. Garage is covered and close to the hotel. There is a pool table Adding a 🌟 back into the review just for the pool table. Evidently pet friendly.

My husband and I will never stay at Homewood suites again! During the 3 nights we were there other than bringing new towels and washcloths and making the bed the room was never cleaned, the carpet is old dirty looking and stained. The room, bedding and furniture is very antiquated, stained and in need of major upgrades. The front desk staff have little to no knowledge at all about places to go eat or things to do!! Breakfast could be so much better Kudos to Ms Gwen in the kitchen for giving us the only positive experience we had, she is very friendly and personable.
The sad part of it all is my husband and I are Hilton Honor members and up until the hotel, I am usually very good at picking hotels as we are world travelers and I must say I am extremely disappointed in myself for picking this one. This is our last night before we go home tomorrow, I will not be sleeping in the bed as the sheets are extremity dingy looking so I will be fully clothed and spend my last night on the antiquated stained sofa😡😖!!!

Good stay for one night business trip. Very friendly staff. Free breakfast and wifi. Free parking in parking garage next door. Hotel is located near train which woke me up several times during the night when blowing its horn. At checkout informed front desk clerk and she apologized and suggested next time I should ask for room in the inner side of building which would not hear train as much. Furniture in room could use some cleaning.

The hotel staff I encountered were amazing and super friendly. They even had complimentary dinner the night I arrived, unfortunately I was about 10 mins to late. The hotel is situated near a few restaurants, which is always a positive. The hotel also offers complimentary breakfast. When I arrived to my room I was surprised by the dirty walls throughout the room. The furniture had lots of stains and I decided it was best not to sit on the couch. The carpet was also pretty stained up. The bathroom was large enough and clean for the most part. One of the beds in the room had blood on the sheets, thankfully it was just me so I picked the other bed. I did not make an issue of this as it was late in the evening and I needed to be up at 6am. The breakfast was decent and the staff working were super friendly. I assume this hotel is on the older side, just by the wear on the room. You also need to pay for parking at 10 dollars per day. Would I stay again? Maybe, if I had to. But surely not my first choice.

Hotel is South Central of Jacksonville. Free parking garage located right next to the hotel using your room key to access the garage. Rooms are clean, quiet and spacious. All the hotel staff have been extremely professional and friendly. Connected to the Hilton Garden inn conjoined as one building. I was on the 8th floor but the elevators are FAST and open quickly, LOVE the quickness of the elevators. Has a pool, spa, gym with weights, laundry room and food/items pantry. Free dinner Monday through Thursday and free breakfast. The ladies working the breakfast area are the friendliest people I have ever met. Just from my experience at this hotel which I've stayed at twice now, I have a positive view on Jacksonville, Florida.

I had a great experience. I travelled to Jacksonville to watch a preseason NFL football game. The room was clean, bed very comfortable, and you had a very good selection of cable channels. I think I paid extra for it, but the included dinner and free breakfast was nice as well. I will definitely come back again. P.S. For the Football fans, there are shuttles that will take you directly from the hotel to Everfield for the game.

Very spacious inside of the room. Myself, three kids and hubby had a king bed with a sofa let out couch. I didn't give five stars because of the drabby colors in the room which didn't make me feel comfy at all. The bathroom was nice except for a few paint scratches on the walls and ceiling. The night stand had a few scratches as well. For the price I expected more up to date interior designs and close to perfect appearances.

Beautiful room, building was lovely, and the staff was friendly. Nice local restaurants right across the street and a parking garage for hotel guests. Breakfast was of high quality and I was very pleased with the selection.

It's a nice place to stay,but will be better if the housekeepers would be required to wear hair nets because there was hair on the edge of the tub and in the shower. But overall it was nice because everytime we called for something they got it to us right away. I'll definitely return and recommend others to stay there.
