Our room smelled like feet and we found a cockroach in the hallway. Breakfast is small but fine if you like muffins and oatmeal. Staff is friendly.

Update: we found a total of three cockroaches. Two inside our room one in the hall.

My husband and I recently relocated to Florida and planned on staying at this hotel for three months while we looked for permanent housing and employment.

Our three month stay was cut to less than a week. While the staff was excellent, the hotel is infested with cockroaches. Our experience was horrific and I implore anyone looking to save a few dollars by booking at this location to think twice.

By our second night we had killed at least half a dozen roaches in our room alone (wall, floor, bed, sink, empty trash barrel). This does not include sightings throughout the hotel. Employees killed the bugs in the lobby while laughing it off. Staff did not seem surprised and said “oh you had a guest” and “was it big? (when a couple of other guests were complaining about the insects in their rooms. ) We had to FIGHT to be reimbursed as we had paid a month in advance. (Lesson learned about paying so far in advance.)

Reading through reviews this has been a problem with this hotel for some time and management needs to rectify this serious problem. It’s unfortunate because the location and staff couldn’t be better.

This was one of the nicer hotels that I have stayed at. There rooms were very clean,with a full size fridge and lots towels. If you working in the area I would recommend this place with grab and go breakfast and coffee that's always fresh

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was firm yet soft and the water pressure in the Shower was just right. The staff, friendly and professional helped make check in and check out a smooth transition. The breakfast although small was very nutrient dense. Great stay over all. I'd stay again.

The Extended Stay is great for extended stays. The rooms are nice and clean and the kitchenets are good for people who like to travel, but cook for themselves instead of eating out.

It's a good quality hotel and it actually allows you to bring your pets. They just saved my family and pets from this Hurricane and I'm deeply appreciative of this. The Wi-Fi is decent too. Better than most of the hotels I've gone too.

The staff is extremely helpful. We checked in for a work trip on a last minute reservation and the staff did everything they could to make.our check in easy and smooth. They check in with guests to make sure everything is attended to. They even remember my name and the shift we work, offering a wake up call in the afternoon since the work is done over night. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Very well located.

Do not stay here ! 1st Room wreaked of pet urine. Staff was nice and moved us to another room . Smelled better . Until we found fleas and dog poop . Never staying in extended stays again .

Bedbugs, bedbugs, bedbugs. Only reason I had booked this place was because of pet friendly policy and I wanted to take my dog with me for an extended business trip. The staff was nice at check-in, accommodations just OK, nothing fancy, but I just needed a place to sleep. However, two nights later I woke up with bedbug bites all over. Found a bedbug crawling on the bedsheet. Bailed right away. Staff didn't seem surprised at all and all I got was a "sorry." My firm got a full refund but no personal apologies or nothing of the kind. Beware, bedbugs in one room means bedbugs in all rooms. Now I have to throw away/clean and dry my clothes and belongings to make sure I don't bring any bedbugs home. Dog friendly which is why I'm here, it'll be a safe close place by the hospital where I'll be having surgery tomorrow. The kitchen is great because my dogs eat raw food so I have a place to prepare it now. Staffs very nice. Gave each dog a gift basket! A little expensive though.

Front desk service was very kind and helpful. The room I stayed in was very clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and I fell asleep with ease. Will make this my first choice when looking to stay in downtown Jacksonville in the future.
