Courtyard by Marriott in Jacksonville is a very comfortable Hotel. The room was spacious and the hotel as an overall is very clean. It definitely exceeded my expectations. If I were to go to Jacksonville again I would stay at this Hotel because of its convenient location to everything I can think of you would need to do in Jacksonville like downtown or the stadium.

I've been in Jacksonville, FL. since about 1:35a.m. today(7/22/2017) & am staying at the Marriott on Butler (SE of Jacksonville International Airport where I flew in from a couple of States away; immediately upon walking in to confirm my reservation I noticed a very comfortable vibe. I checked in and toured the grounds where I saw a Fountain Pond stocked with Fish, a Chinese Water Fountain by Glorious Palm Trees & Lush Greenery by the Outdoor Pool, Hot-tub, & Exercise Room. The Business Center is Roomy; the Restaurant for my breakfast at about 9a.m. was extremely tasty with great choices & fare prices. I am only on my first day & Loving Every Minute of this Hidden Jewel; easy Interstate Access along with variety of dining/entertainment:. 2 Thumbs-Up from this U.S. ARMY Veteran 🛡️👍👍☯️!!!!!!!

Soon as we got there was greeted with a smile,check in service was great had no problem, the room was clean and nice size. The bed slept great. I would stay again.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The room was clean and neat. The single cons is you have to pay additionally for the high speed internet. Other than this its a very nice hotel.

I've been in Jacksonville, FL. since about 1:35a.m. today(7/22/2017) & am staying at the Marriott on Butler (SE of Jacksonville International Airport where I flew in from a couple of States away; immediately upon walking in to confirm my reservation I noticed a very comfortable vibe. Decent. Very hot In hallways but toilet was flithy and toilet seat was old and yellow. Complained to front desk and they had maintenance install a new toilet seat cause it looked bad. I was impressed with the rapid response to rectify the complaint.

Really friendly service. In particular, the coffee/wine bar servers were great. The hot breakfast sandwiches and good coffee were essential for making my work trip a little easier. The rooms are clean and spacious. The exercise room is decent. It has two treadmills, a cross trainer, and free weights. The pool and hot tub are well maintained with some decent landscaping to make it pleasant to hang around. My room did have a slight musty smell to it, but it's rained for the last 20 days straight here. I've stayed at several of the hotels in this cluster of hotels in Jacksoville and this Marriott if your best bet.

The entire visit was seamless. Checking in, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room had great standard amenities, and the TV allowed me to log in to internet streaming services to keep myself entertained. The room was clean, provided soaps were high quality, and the bed was very clean. Breakfast in the morning info was a great way to conclude my stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Great people and facilities here. I use them on occasion for their meeting rooms. Prices are right, nice ac and great service each time. I recommend them and most of their neighbors to those looking to stay in the area.

I stayed here this past weekend, I absolutely love this hotel.!! I would be back to this hotel whenever I come back to Jacksonville!! To the service, the room, and the pool area, is just amazing! Not to far from different places you want to go! Excellent location!
