Broken closet door was requested to be fixed they didn't it fell and pinched my 18 month baby daughter. Switched rooms. 2 days of no room service.. 2 days of having to get toilet paper 2 days of getting new towels had to change my own sheets and take the dirty stuff down to the laundry area on my own. The only good marks is that the receptionists and manager was nice and was going to comp 1 night of 5. Even tho we were at the front desk for issues every day.
Nice clean hotel. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Lots of choices for breakfast. Close to several restaurants. Will definitely stay again
One of the best hotels I've been to. The staff was very friendly along with great hospitality Room decor is magnificent and I give them 10 thumbs up
Nice, neat and clean. Love the option if being able to get a suite instead of just a room. Close to most restaurants. Plenty of parking. Very quiet.
I've been working here for several years. The renovations we did are really nice. It's a perfect place for those traveling with family or just a business trip. Hope to see you soon!
Very nice and recently remodeled! Great room w/firm sleeper sofa. Friendly desk help and plentiful breakfast.
I stayed in this hotel for several days with my family when we were running out from hurricane Irma. The hotel was completely replete of guest coming as far from the Florida Keys, Miami, Tampa, Fort Myers, etc. It was completely packed. But none of this chaos of people let Mr Jitan and all its staff made the impossible to accommodate and make all those hundred of guests felt safe and confortable all week long specially when Hurricane Irma's strong rain and wind bands passed over us that Saturday night and Sunday morning. I couldn't be more satisfied and pleased in how we were treated specially during breakfast time when somehow they managed to fed all of us and make the impossible to have all of our rooms well endowed and clean in these out off the ordinary days. Personally and in the name of all those lucky guests that we safely spend those days in your hotel we say "THANK YOU". In the most difficult moments it is when the heart and the good will of men and women comes forth and reveals those who are within. Good job guys.
I stayed at Comfort Suites a night while my power was still out from Irma. It was a satisfactory experience. The quality of the hotel is middle of the road, looking outdated. The room was fairly large with a separate seating area and two full size beds. The beds weren't very comfortable but weren't bad. My biggest complaint is these hotels with inflated prices while people seek shelter from Irma. I understand the demand pricing model but shows a lack or compassion from these companies. Overall my stay was a satisfactory experience.
The rooms were nice a spacious. Very clean and the breakfast was good as well. You get free WiFi and breakfast. The beds are comfortable and the rooms have a fridge and microwave. I will definitely stay here again.
Great location right off of I-95. Hotel was very clean, not noisy, and staff was friendly. I was very pleased at how quiet it was with it being so close to the highway. Also many restaurants and stores near by for any needs. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
Hotel was very nice. Seems to be newly renovated and well taken care of. Room was very clean and comfortable. Access to the highway was great but not too close to make it noisy. My husband caught a bass in the pond behind the hotel.
Great spot! The staff were friendly and courteous. the hotel grounds were spotless and the lobby was very open & fresh. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was certainly worth it!!!
Place was clean. Breakfast that was provided was free, nothing work working anything else about. Bed was very firm, even for a hotel which is great if you like that. I prefer slightly softer mattresses but the pillows were great and there were plenty of them so if the wife had come with me I wouldn't have worried about her stealing a free, I would have still had some to myself. Not outstanding but better than I expected.
This hotel was so bad we changed our 3-night stay to 1 night and that's only because we couldn't find another hotel last minute. To start the lobby smelled funky like bad sewage. Our room smelled clean, so we thought it wouldn't be so bad. That was until we pulled back the covers. The pictures speak for themselves, but if you want more details I'll elaborate. There were little stains on the bedding; one was definitely blood the others looked like poo. The comforter was ripped and looked like it was part of the original hotel opening or used to haul bricks during the renovation. The sheets were worn and see-through. Luckily our bathroom didn't have mold and the bed was bug free which other users reported. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. You can find other hotels in the same price range that are much nicer. We were able to find a hotel 7.5 miles away for the same price for our other two nights with clean sheets and no funky smells.
Great hotel right off of I95. I heard this hotel was just renovated and chose to stay here without regret. Everyone working there from the desk clerk to the breakfast attendant was very nice and welcoming. The rooms were much nicer than the old pictures that I saw and very clean as well. I was impressed with how good of a job they did. The pool was also very clean. I look forward to staying here again in the future if Im ever in the area.
