Excellent facility and staff. The front desk night shift clerk was very welcoming and helpful with information. Checking in went quickly and smoothly.
The only problem I had was that the shower stream was much too miserly. Mattresses were really great.

This was a very good Holiday Inn experience. The room was recently renovated, very convenient fixtures/lighting and very clean. The bathroom was beautiful, with a big walk in shower. The staff were friendly and helpful and the free breakfast was good. It's very close to Jax beaches if that is where you are looking to go. It is on a strip mall, so not a place for those looking for a spectacular view.

I like the Holiday Inn Expresses, as I think they are a nice place to stay, clean, but not over priced, and you get a nice free breakfast buffet including biscuits and gravy in the morning. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will stay here again.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Only complaint is the foul odor in the hall. One night the odor was so strong that it started coming in our room. They are currently doing renovations, so maybe that will take care of the smell.

I was only there for one night so can't say much but I can stay something about my room. I liked the layout of the bathroom but the one in my room had a shower door that didn't close properly. The beds were a little on the hard side but besides that it was a great room.

Comfy queen need. Awesome fridge, microwave and air conditioner. Room very clean and lots of space. Good breakfast and decent pool. Better than the hotel I'm at now.

The hotel itself is fine and most of the staff is excellent. However, the woman who checked me in was rather rude. As a Spire member, I don't really care if they acknowledge my membership But she never said "thank you", "please" or any basic niceties we humans use for basic social graces. She was sarcastic with several people - not only me.

The trees surrounding the area are beautiful to look at through the window, and the rooms, especially the bathrooms are excellent. I like the glass showers, but, that's my personal preference. Overall a nice place to stay, and next to a beautiful beach, no less.
