Room felt dirty, bed not made well, unable to properly regulate room temperature. Friendly and helpful staff and very pet friendly.

Great friendly staff! I had a few issues that were quickly addressed and resolved. I feel important and that's important!! The only reason I don't give 5 stars is the ridiculously small restrooms in the double rooms.. over all.. Great place!

Our very spacious & clean king & sofa bed 2 room suite had 2 different bathrooms. Rooms, linens & bathrooms smelled & appeared to be fresh & clean. Front desk personnel was very kind & helpful. Will stay here again, hopefully soon. Thank you!

I made a reservation at this location for a business trip. When arriving to check in I presented my card for the additional $75 deposit, but was told that my card was declined. I just used that same card at other establishments and knew I had the money. I wasn't allowed to pay the deposit in cash or even have a friend to call them with their card to pay for me. As a result I was unable to check into the hotel and was told that my refund for the room price would be made. After checking with hotel planner I was informed that Laquinta Inn never contacted them about my refund.

Best la Quinta experience so far in a long time, true customer service, night and morning shift. I checked in exceptionally late and Ms. Leslie was perfect, kind, even with the guest passing by she knew their names. Room was clean , bed was clean and locations close to highway to get back on your travels.

The clerks are awesome. This one chick is so freaking hot I wish I knew her name. I hate indoor motels/hotels if someone is outside your room talking it sounds as if they are inside with you. They charged 192 for two nights I love laquinta but it wasn't worth that much especially with the remodeling taking place. But I will definitely stay there again in hopes of getting the chance to know that girl.

Easy access to stores, restaurants, retail. Clean, big rooms, quiet, very effective a/c. 4 stars for an incredible manager (Jessica) and staff, with special shout out to maintenance guy Steve for going above and beyond. To La Quinta corporate - you have an amazing staff here if you could invest a little in the facility (making the laundry and computer work, physical upgrades etc) this place would be a 5 in my book. They deserve it. :) -LQ gold member.

This place was a sigh of relief from the horrible experience I had with Days Inn, the price was very good and staff awesome! Breakfast was hot and delicious, the staff serving us was very kind and helpful! I enjoyed the clean sheets and clean bathroom. Good toiletries, best place to stay overnight.

We travel with two small dogs and found this listing on BringFido. What a wonderful experience. Walked in the door and there is a container of dog biscuits. How cool. The front desk staff was very friendly to us and our two pups. When we went in and out of the building they were always ready with a smile and a hello. There is a dog area out side for them to do their potty. The room was clean and comfortable. We would recommend and stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for making this a wonderful visit.

A Home away from home !!!! My favorite hotel in Mandarin. Always clean, comfy, and safe. Great breakfast in the morning. ( Continental ). Management is awesome !!!

Centrally located, very close to SJB. great choice of restaurants nearby. Simple, but healthy free breakfast 6 to 9 am. Clean rooms, pet friendly. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the rooms. Can't beat the price. I was glad to see gym which is open 24/7. Front desk staff courteous and friendly. Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. A charming place. plenty of lights in the room.
