The new renovations are nice. I also appreciate that the lounge is still on the top floor. The view is nice.

Service was great and staff were very nice and very attentive. The location itself isn't bad but you will need a rental to go anywhere because it's surrounded by highways. Not much is walking distance.

I'm only giving 4 stars because I didn't stay in any room or see how the rooms are. I was there at an event and the space was good, lighting and sound was good, the bathroom was clean - needed seat covers though. All in all, the event space is great!

I went for a corporate meeting, the room was double booked but they placed the partition to divide the room. Howeveroverall satisfied.
Food and service is good.

The beds were very good. Their was a piece of hair on the toilet and another piece of hair in the sink. It didn't have a refrigerator, it was just a basic room. We were escaping hurricane Irma and spent 2 nights there. The walls are very thin! The baby in the room next to us kept us up by screaming which babies will do. More insulation between rooms would have made the stay much nicer. The staff was very nice. Other than the 2 pieces of hair found in the bathroom which I felt was disgustin and the v thin walls, the rest of our stay was nice.

I was there on business for jury duty today (July 28, 2017). The establishment is well kept and clean. The ladies restroom was well maintained and the meeting rooms we used were well lit, labeled so we could easily find our way to and from also and spacious. Very comfortable and welcoming hotel staff also.

Room and bathroom super spacious and clean, beds and pillows are super comfortable, it's silent, slept like a baby. Staff is great, helpful and friendly. They replace toiletries daily. I will definitely come back if I'm back in this area.

My wife and I had a very nice stay. The Marriott staff were very informative and pleasant. The food was good, the rooms were comfortable and clean. The only thing negative I could say about it, was that it seemed a little out of date. We spoke to one of the staff members who actually advised us that they were due for a renovation.

This is a nice hotel that is a great location. It is close to the area mall and shopping. It is only 20 minutes to the beach. The rooms were clean and in good condition. The front desk agent was fast friendly and efficient. The place was staffed a earl classic hotel with bell hops and a full bar in the lobby. The place looked well maintained. They have a nice looking pool but I did not get a chance to try it out. My visit was very relaxing. This is my new favorite hotel in JAX.

Beautiful hotel! Reasonably priced! Very clean and we'll kept! Awesome breakfast Buffett! The staff was the very polite, courteous, outgoing and friendly! Will definitely stay there again!

Location was easy enough to find. More signage wouldn't be unwelcome, though. Rooms are simple and pleasant. There was no refrigerator in our room, so check on that if you carry insulin or something. Service was fantastic. There weren't enough luggage carts when we asked, but an employee came to our room and helped carry our things down. He was very patient and professional, and I wish I hadn't forgotten his name.
