Great place for overnight before cruise. Hailey awesome at front desk and manager was also attentive. Tiffany at breakfast was more than pleasent, she made sure everything was filled, hot and ready for the guests. I highly recommend this hotel, we will stay again for our next cruise from Lauderdale

Great one night stay. The reason I say that is because it is a hotel for anyone needing to spend the night before a flight or a cruise. Shuttle service was phenomenal. Cannot remember her name but the breakfast staff member was very friendly and inviting

Overall, a solid hotel.

PROS: Friendly folks at the desk, like Haily. Room was clean. Slightly above average breakfast. The airport shuttle was prompt. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker

CONS: Pool is adjacent to the parking lot on two sides, but at least is has privacy shrubs. Shower floor is dang slippery; almost busted my butt.

We were only there for a day but the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. It is located within walking distance of many restaurants/fast food. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the complimentary breakfast but did use the free airport shuttle.

Everyone from the shuttle driver to the front desk ( Amy ) where helpful and friendly. The pink flamingos on top of the shuttle bus made it easy to identify the shuttle at the airport. The room was dated , but clean and large. We had a early flight home, the free 24 hour shuttle made it easy to get to the airport. We will be returning in the future in future visits to the Miami area.

This place was amazing hurricane Irma did not stop this hotel from work duties. We stayed 4 days the power was out and this hotel maintained period. The staff worked hard to make people happy they gave no excuses breakfast was still served to guests. No power or generator. This hotel was great. Words are not enough the staff was amazing.

While Thomas is a new employee, he took such great care of us. I especially appreciated the fact that he was careful to note our names and addressed us by name each time we returned to the hotel during his shift. I also enjoyed the fresh cookies, ice cold water, and key lime chocolates. Breakfast was awesome! The Texas waffles were divine.

Involuntary airline delay, big inconvenience for our family of 7. This hotel went above and beyond to make things as easy on us as possible. 110% impressed. One of the best Hampton Inns we've ever stayed at and a perfect example of why we are loyal to this chain.

Stayed one night before or cruise, nice hotel with comfortable rooms. They offer complimentary breakfast but we choose to go to Dunkin Donuts. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they arranged transportation to the cruise ship and from the cruise ship to the airport upon our return. Within walking distance to several restaurants and a grocery store.

This is a solid Hampton Inn. The check-in was very good and the staff was great, attentive, personable, and knew what they were doing.
The room was good and it was starting to show some wear as the volume of customers looks to be pretty consistent. It could use some maybe new bedding, replace pillows, etc. There was nothing to note that made me want to call to see if anything could be done, it was just showing signs of it's age.
The breakfast was great and the woman managing it did a wonderful job, fully stocked, clean, and delicious goodies.

The high rating is mostly related to the service, it was great.

I would stay again if I were in the area.

Absolutely amazing service. My wife and I were stranded in FL due to weather and our flight kept getting delayed/cancelled. This Hampton Inn came through in a big way. First, they pick up at the airport free of charge. Then, they give us late check out, and they further extend the late check out when our flight completely cancelled on us. Great service, great room, great value.
