Rocky start but fab finish. They r real busy. Patriots/Dolphin weekend. Staff great. Alex n Yuri very helpful as we were leaving. Felix n I think Ricardo? Excellent with our luggage. Of course Evelyn and Frank out at the Tiki. Thanks to all n we'll be back

This is now the Double tree and it's so much better than the crown plaza. They have done an amazing job. The food and service was amazing. Will definitely be coming back again soon.

The Crowne was amazing thanks to Jeff who greeted us as soon as we arrived making our stay very comfortable! During the evening he accommodated us by calling taxi's and always being so helpful! The pool and view outside was amazing! The convenient Trolley was great bringing us up to the Boardwalk! Truly a great experience! Everyone here was so very pleasant!

Officially a dump! There is actual construction going on in the hotel. Trust me you will be awaken to the sounds of drills and hammers at 8am and it will go on until 7p. We have a great view. A first for me. Construction view. The manager Richard was "kind enough" to give me $50 off my bill. We moved to the diplomat. Cost about $100 more. Worth about $1000 more

Hotel has a beautiful pool with a service cabana for food and drinks (food is good and price is fair, but drinks are small and full of ice). The room is huge and great! The shower hurts a little because the pressure is too high, and they're doing construction both inside the hotel (renovations), and outside (new building). Service was amazing though, staff was great! For the price, you can't beat it. Location is also amazing, walk distance to Walmart - specially good since the rooms have microwaves a big mini fridge. I would recommend for the price benefit!

Well the reason I'm giving this resort 5 starts is solely based off one person and that is The night manager Max Yoli, I really feel like he should be head of the guest services dept. or hotel itself. My stay was made absolutely impeccable because of him. After arriving on a late flight and being the last person to check in I was placed in a less than satisfactory room ( a room that had not been renovated yet as the hotel is undergoing renovations). However after seeing the room I immediately went to the front desk to see if I could change my room as this was not the room I had seen pictures of on the hotel website. Long story short Max was attentive, respectful, and more than helpful. He advised he would change my room the following morning after checkout and would inform the day manager of these plans. The next morning just as Max had said I was handled by a young lady named Cynthia who was sweet and personable , she informed me she knew the whole situation and that max had left all the necessary information for my room change. I was given my keys and thanked her. I then asked if I could meet the day manager who's name was Ernesto to thank him as well. Unfortunately to my surprise he wasn't as friendly as the other staff or night manager, he seemed arrogant and very dismissive, which is another reason I'm writing this review. I feel as though people who take pride in their work should be recognized and rewarded for their efforts because not everyone goes the extra mile for their employer. I proceeded on with my day and my overall stay and every night I would see max when coming back to the hotel and he would ask me how my stay is going etc. I just value people who have that in them, the ability to be pleasant, caring and accommodating all while dealing with so many different types of people and definitely as said before want them to be recognized .Overall my second room was much better it was comfortable, clean and appealing to the eye. Again I want to thank the hotel staff and especially Max for making my 5 night stay a great one.

After a problem with our booking kept us waiting around for several hours for a room I thought this was going to be a horrible experience. I was wrong. The office personnel and manager were quite helpful and were able to fix the problem for us by days end. The hotel itself is wonderful with a fantastic pool and easy walk to the beach. I can't thank the staff enough for working out the issue we had and then giving us an awesome discount for the delay in getting to our rooms. I'm not sure of the girls name who helped us but the manager that day was Josh and he was very helpful.

This hotel is a good spot for family, business or couples. The pool and nearby beach are the main reasons to come. One nice feature often overlooked is the water taxi stops here.
The hotel is undergoing renovations with the indoor eateries in a large conference room. There is also indoor construction with the rooms so there was a constant sound of bagging during the day. The indoor service is good whereas the service at the restaurant outside is slow and the tables aren't cleaned regularly.
I stayed for a few nights with a toddler and the pool was toddler friendly with a large shallow area. One nice breakfast feature is for the buffet, kids under 5 eat free.response / report this review -

My experience was pretty good. Had a view of the pool but did not appreciate the valet wanting to "keep my keys for safety purposes". I think we all know what he was trying to do. Other than that valet incident, the beds were hard which is good and the flat screen have been bigger but overall good experience and would stay again.

Spent Memorial Day Weekend here, have no complaints! Beach is right across the street. The pool is nice right next to the bay, constant music Playing, usually by a DJ. Staff was nice across the board. Didn't dare to order room service as their prices were sky high. But definitely a good stay!

Very professional staff. Hotel is not that big that feels impersonal. The pool area is very nice with views of the bay. There's constant music playing, most times selected by a DJ. The rooms are ample and clean. The beach is across the street but not a drag to get there. There are very good restaurants within a short ride.

I am an IHG Platinum member and frequent this property for R&R.
The valet service, food / beverage and management do a fine job running this facility.
I'd like to extend an exceptional service compliments​ to server Jackie in the restaurant, she is a very good!
Simon the food and beverage director needs to know that his restaurant supervisor Marina is a gem, this hard working gal is a real asset to this facility. Andre and Kalvin the managers are doing a great job keeping this facility clean and friendly.
I highly recommend a stay here if you're visiting the area.
