Nice rooms. Clean place. When we visited they were still recovering from Irma. We got there late and the parking lot was torn up and there were no more spaces available but I’m sure that will be remedied once everything gets repaired. They let us parallel park against the building.

Nice staff-Pete-was very helpful at check in. See my photos,just some minor repairs needed to upgrade. Clean place,very convenient location. Parking lot a little cramped so hard for big trucks. However there is a strip mall across the street if you need to park or if weekend a bank parking lot next door. Kitchen is sufficient for what I needed.No pool.

Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Megan at the front desk was great, very helpful, and accommodating. I recommend this hotel. When I come back to the area, I will be staying at this location for sure.

Walking in the door I was greeted with a pleasant smile. I needed food and other things since my plane left me without my luggage. Peter was very empathetic and concerned with my situation. He helped me to get everything I needed. Kudos to Peter.

We are a family of five and had to stay for 2 nights during a tenting of our townhome, Long story short, the staff was very friendly and accommodating to our family needs. The rooms are super clean and cozy. The hotel is very well kept and quiet. They also provided a crib for our baby at no extra cost and delivered it swiftly to our door! Love this place!!!

The place is great but they jack the prices up
Even when your already a guest. When cruises are in town. Will never stay there again. Motel 6 just down the block treats you better.

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was large, clean and well generally well maintained although the hot and cold water were plumbed backward on the bathroom sink. Almost no cell phone signal inside and WiFi was barely usable. If connectivity is important to you, pick another hotel. Otherwise, it's definitely a good value and not far from beach and convention center.

The staff is horrible. Not all the amenities work and the fire alarm kept going off. When I asked about the alarm status and when it will be fixed I was told I could just check out. The front desk Clerk WALTER is very rude and had no compassion that my wife and I had a small child with us. I spoke with several other guests that were in the lobby regarding the same issue and I was informed this property has had alarm issues for the past week! This is the worst IHG property I have visited. I would never come to this location. Its bets to stay next door at the Holiday Inn.
