The location was easy to find, and was not far from the highway. I was there for a seminar so I cannot review the rooms. The service was ok, the lobby could be a bit more welcoming.

I used this hotel for a job fair. Decor and meeting rooms are a little dated, however, i received by far the best customer service. All of the staff is friendly, flexible, and willing to help. Excellent!

From Reggie on the phone to the nice man who checked me in, to James at the bar, to the sweet lady who gave my son a bandaid I could not be more happy! A nice hotel with a damn good staff!!!

Stayed in a well appointed room for one night before leaving for an early flight back home. The room was clean. The bed was a little too firm for my tastes but softer than other hotel chain's. Was nut able to sample the complimentary breakfast as we left before 6 am.

First off, staff is AMAZING. Location is amazing. Bar is amazing. Rooms are very average to sub average though. The bed has a visible sag in the middle and has the comfort of an air mattress. Other than the terrible bed the rooms aren't terrible.

The staff were always friendly. The room and the lobby were so clean. This was definitely a good stop for a couple nights of sleep. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Decent price for a hotel that advertises having cable, and doesn't. When I called the front desk and asked what was up with the cable, they said that "it was just my room (204), and they had many complaints before. You'd think they would get it fixed after "several complaints", but hey at least they're honest. Stay elsewhere if you have shows on HBO that you like to keep up with.

I would've given tham a 2-star rating, but James the bartender is GREAT, and alone, he is worth at least one star!

Staff very friendly and professional. Rooms are very comfortable and always clean. They also have a bar and full restaurant and the food is excellent. All around a very nice place to stay.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very clean rooms, and comfortable beds. My only complaint is no complimentary meal. I've stayed at previous Holiday inns all have had at least a complimentary breakfast. Some have provided a free dinner and breakfast. I guess I just feel that for the price for the room a complimentary breakfast would be a nice addition.
