Probably the best bang for your buck possible, and in a reasonably nice location. Myself and 2 others were able to get to and from downtown quickly, the rooms were clean, stocked and the staff were friendly.

Front desk clerks very nice. The room was musty smelling so strong I had to buy an air freshener. . I checked out 12 hrs early

Got it at a discounted price which was great because I have yet to see any extended stay thats worth what they normally charge per night. This location offers smoking rooms! FYI but this one is nice because you can smoke and its enclosed so no randoms walking by your door outside.

Horrible, can’t get washcloths or towels without going by the office several times a day. you have to take your dirty towels and trade for clean towels DAILY, as you can not have more than one day supply at any given time. Will NOT be staying here again, ever!

Staff are extremely kind and courteous. This is ESA West which is the second entrance; ESA East is the first entrance. Very quiet.
Unfortunately, it's infested with bedbugs but I did alert management because the linen and mattresses definitely had stains and were unclean. Photos as proof. Kids had bites, too.
I'm waiting to receive follow up with Management (Nancy) to see how it's handled and if we will be partially compensated for the disgusting inconvenience.response / report this review -

comfortable beds. front desk is lovely. quiet hotel and in a chill area. inside hotel. they provide everything for cooking since they have stoves in rooms. I absolutely love it here. not one bad experience yet.

Could definitely have been cleaner. Good price for what you get. Full kitchen is nice. The shower drain was backed up, which is not very sanitary. Staff was very courteous and professional. Overall, a good stay for what you pay.

The customer service was very good. Anything we needed was given to us. The room, however. Blankets were stained, and there was considerable wear and stains on appliances. It's clear this is a long-term stay place, and that some guests treat it like their home (which is a bad thing at times).

I rated 5 star because it was above average based on my expectations for an inexpensive hotel, and would recommend this location if inexpensive, clean and functional is what you are looking for. I have spent a lot of time in hotels and am frugal, so I am typically trying to avoid the sketchy cheaper places when I read these reviews, and this is not a place I would avoid. The room I have is larger than most I've stayed in. It has a kitchen area with full size fridge, sink, stove and counterspace. There is a good sized desk, a table for eating/working, and then bed+dresser with TV+night stand, a reasonably comfortable recliner and an office desk chair. The room is clean and well lit and everything works as it should. Room is quiet even when the hallway is noisy, important for me as I am working from the room. The staff has been friendly and accomodating. The only snag with my visit has been that at check-in something happened with my reservation and it had been cancelled apparently by the companies' computer system (I arrived after 9 pM), and it seemed the Hotel was full. Happy to say that the manager and his staff at the front desk found me a room for the first night and then placed me in the room I had reserved for the rest of my two week stay the next morning. I have certainly experienced these kinds of "snags" before on these trips, and too often the hotel staff just says "sorry about your luck" these guys handled the situation to my satisfaction.

It has a kitchen, with an actual stove and full refrigerator. Nice staff and washers and dryers. I was able to get my room pretty cheap through go seek. House Keeping doesn't really do a good job of cleaning luckily I'm z clean person, do its never really much for them to clean.

We stayed here while searching for a house in our move from out if state. They accept pets which was nice. The rooms were clean and a good price. They were nice and got us in a room we needed. The coffee and muffins in the morning was nice to be able to quick grab and go. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and gave me tips on places to take the kids for some fun and told is about the hotel pool which is at the sister hotel next door. Overall good experience here
