The first person I met was Shelby at the front desk. I had many questions, as I had a friend visiting from Jamaica, and wanted to ensure that he enjoyed his stay as it would be his first time visiting N.C. Shelby was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to book a room at this hotel. I also had the privilege to meet the manager, Latoya, who was very sweet and understanding as I expressed my extended -stay situation with my friend. Each day, they greeted me and asked if I was enjoying my stay and if I needed anything for my room. After checking out, I received a phone call informing me that housekeeping had found some money that I left in the room. Appreciation is an understatement. I can’t thank them enough for all they did to ensure I had the best experience at their hotel. I will definitely come back again.

The reviews below aren’t wrong. BEST customer service I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. Ms. Ray in the breakfast lounge made me feel like I was at home, and the front desk staff seems excited and eager to check you in. My room is clean and comfortable. Excellent value. I’ll be coming back.

I'm actually still staying here but I wanted to go ahead and leave a review. First and foremost, this hotel has some of the BEST customer service I've ever received at a Best Western. The ladies at the front desk are warm hearted and will cater to your needs. Ms. Latoya was extremely helpful to me and I am very grateful. I met the owner once and he is pretty nice. The room was clean, A/C worked well, and breakfast was filling. Wifi wasn't bad either. Overall, I recommend this location and will be coming back.

I stayed here for 3 nights while attending a conference at the Raleigh Convention Center. Upon my late check In, the two ladies at the front desk were extra nice and very helpful. They actually upgraded my room to two full beds considering I was traveling with a coworker and we had been unable to book a double bed online. The hotel was very clean and we always had fresh towels and the room was completely cleaned every day. The highlight of our stay was Mrs. Ray who works the breakfast area in the mornings. She is such a sweet lady who does an exceptional job and takes pride in her work! She was such a pleasure to talk with. The breakfast area was spotless. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is a very short drive to downtown without the price.

Where do I even begin my husband and I absolutely love this hotel we have never felt so at home. We work on the road so we basically live out of hotels from here to Los Angeles California. We have been in the Garner area for the past couple months and staying at the Best Western Plus Edison Inn we have nothing but positive to say about this hotel and honestly that says a lot me being a female I can be picky I can't find one negative thing to say from the environment the staff the owner all making us feel so at home it's actually going to be hard when we have to leave the Garner area to leave Shelby, Miss Judy, Miss Ray, Maggie, and the Assistant General Manager Latoya, the Owner Dilip and his brother ND and his family. And for everyone who gets to know him Wesley. I wish them all nothing but great success for their hotel they truly deserve it and no doubt they definitely have earned it. Now about our rooms the beds are absolutely comfortable the rooms are plenty spacious the breakfast my husband Every Morning has a gravy biscuit got to have his gravy biscuit and he's a picky eater so it says a lot that's telling you the breakfast is good shopping everything you need is so convenient there and it's such a good comfortable area I could go on and on. All I can say is if you're ever in the Garner area this is definitely the place you need to stay.

The hotel has everything I have come to expect from Best Western. I was treated with respect and kindness. The amenities were exactly as advertised. If you're looking for a negative item to justify not staying with Latoya Manuel asst. GM. and the staff that served me, just stop. You'll be glad you came. I will ALWAYS stay here when in the Raliegh area! Thank you, Best Western. You never let me down!

This Hotel is my favorite location in Raleigh, staffed by the best of the best in the industry. I am returning again next week, convenient to my work location and located near many fine resturants

The room was very clean. Not excessively spacious, but definitely enough room. Breakfast was good. Service was friendly and pleasant. The lobby area was good for sitting. It had a small business area with 2 desktop computers.

We love this hotel and the wonderful staff.
We have only had one bad experience and that was a television that did not
work. We were immediately moved to another room.
The renovations are beautiful.

Our experience was very good. We enjoyed ourselves. We had good privacy. The people was very nice. We will stay there again and recommend it to our friends.
