Location was close to the airport and the office I was working at. Staff was nice and accommodating. Stayed here multiple times and never had any problems.

Clean but.breakfast was really lackluster (out of eggs, meat), people parked on sidewalk for hours with management's knowledge and somewhat noisy hallways. No USB charging in room.

Digital key didn't work, small single elevator. Employees friendly and helpful.

Not a typical Hampton experience.

Very close to RDU airport and only a few minutes to downtown Raleigh. Incredibly clean all around. The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. Our room was spotless with a bigger than normal TV. I will stay there next time I go to Raleigh.

Very clean throughout facility. The people at the desk were extremely helpful especially with directions. We want to specifically mention Leah, who could not have been more helpful and also Mary, who took time to write clear and precise directions for us (especially myself, who seem to directionally challenged) on checking out Sunday.

Clean room and bed. Smaller than usual but includes microwave and mini fridge. Breakfast hours are reasonable (5am-10am). Otis-spunkmeyer cookies in the lobby were extremely good! Staff was attentive and very courteous as usual.

Excellent staff! I love how easy it was to coordinate shuttle service from and back to the airport. The rooms were clean and the bathroom counter tops were large.

We stayed here for a conference we were attending. I have to say the staff here was the nicest, most accommodating staff we've had the pleasure to interact with. Each time anyone enters the lobby, you're greeted with a very nice genuine greeting of "Good morning', "Good afternoon', "Good evening' - what a treat that simple gesture is. And they actually engage you in pleasant conversation if they aren't busy helping someone else. Very clean hotel, the lobby was very comfortable and has great seating areas for groups hanging out together. Breakfast each morning was very nice - something for most everyone. Our room was very comfortable, updated and very clean. We'd definitely stay here again if we ever back in the area. Highly recommend this hotel!
