It's too bad that they jack up their rates on the days when there are events at PNC Arena, but this is a very nice hotel, we had no complaints whatsoever other than the price.

super nice room especially for the price. breakfast just ok. can't go wrong for the price. make sure if coming with two cars can park them both at the hotel.

Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing. The room was great and so was the friendly staff. The bed was really comfortable and the room and bathroom were immaculate.

Went to the State Fair, it was the perfect location. Staff was great, rooms were clean. It was a great stay. Will be back next year.

Had a good stay. Slept on a pullout couch. The room was fresh and the AC worked well. Parking was ROUGH the first night. Overall, would stay again.

Ugh. Room smelled of mildew. Vending machine practically empty. Bottles of water were $2.50 at the lobby. Sheets were dirty on pull-out couch. No fan in bathroom. Lights in vanity area were very dim.

It was quiet and the AC worked. Not dirty, other than mildew smell and sheets.

Great hotel, great staff
Breakfast wasn't as good as when I was here a year ago. Hotel is going through a transition to another hotel chain and there is a different food service person. Exercise room has less equipment then other hotels I stay in. Girlfriend has to take turns on equipment. They have only one treadmill, one exercise bike and one other piece of equipment

Liked the location--close to the fairgrounds. Quiet, clean rooms, and a nice pool.

The property is no longer a Comfort Suites, it is now a privatised hotel. The conference room was adequate for 20 or so people. It was clean and quiet, staff was friendly.

It's pretty much like the other reviews say.

It's a nice hotel! The rooms are NOT run down. It's clean and the staff is pleasant.

Beds are great too and they wash ALL bedding.

What more do you need? I paid $109 for a nights stay.

One gripe is no fan in the bathroom but I was alone so there were no roommates to complain :-)

Rooms were of great quality. Very spacious, with room to spare. Not far from downtown, 15 min ride maybe more during the standard high traffic hours. I've stayed in much worse and had to spend more money. Best value for your money.
