We received exceptional service from Carol Ann. We went in thinking we knew what we wanted, but through great questions she helped us find the best bed ever!!!! And the most amazing cooling pillow. She was so awesome that when my mom stopped in to meet us, she ended up getting a new bed and mattress too!!! Even though there are 30 mattress stores in a 20 mile radius, I highly recommend this Mattress Firm for the best service ever!!

I went to this location for a new mattress and I am glad I did! Carol Ann made my experience awesome. She was friendly, genuine, and answered all my questions- this lady knows her stuff! Husband and I left with a new king mattress and pillows for our new home. Our shopping experience with Carol Ann was great and we will definitely shop there again!

Carol Ann helped me pick the mattress I needed versus the mattress I wanted. I was in the area and decided to stop by. I live in Raleigh but I would not mind making another trip to this location if I ever needed another mattress.

Reasonably priced mattresses with helpful staff. We purchased our sons mattress from here. We waited for a larger sale of the season and did our research before going. We were happy to get the mattress for a deal as well as pick up some pillows, a basic frame, and a mattrrss protector for a significant percentage off. Very happy with the purchase.

John Lefevre, at the Holly Springs Grand Hill Place location was amazing, to say the very least! He sold us completely, but I never once felt pressured! He really knew his stuff, and was a super down to earth guy. His personality sold us right off the bat! Not only do I recommend this location, but this man specifically. He was an incredibly knowledgeable man, and really understood that money was a sincere concern for my husband and I. He offered us many options while helping us stay within our price range, and made the entire experience a surprisingly pleasant one!!

I came into the store on a Sunday afternoon and it was just myself and the sales associate (John). I was looking to replace a mattress for myself and my wife. John was patient and showed me several options. He was great to work with and wanted to be sure he was showing what I wanted rather than what he wanted to sell. I appreciated his time and patience as I went back and forth between mattresses to make sure I was getting the one I was happiest with.
