Beautiful, clean, affordable hotel with wonderful staff. While the breakfast is free there is a 24 hr. Waffle House right there. Free shuttle to the airport, convenient to Durham and PNC Arena. I will definitely stay here again!!!

Absolutely the most Rude Staff - had an attitude and refused to check me in because "it was not my shift". unapologetically rude and a bad attitude. I left and gladly paid twice the rate to stay somewhere else. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Wonderful hotel! The desk clerk, Adrian, was very helpful and friendly! He was very upbeat and cheerfulvery contagious giggles! The rooms and grounds were very clean and nice. The shuttle service was a huge plus for us on account of our early flight the following morning. All employees that we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again if I find myself back in that area!

Booked through the website, and apparently it double booked me, but only sent one confirmation. I cancelled my reservation the days before I was due to check in, so imagine my surprise when I got charged for a room I had cancelled. Upon calling the hotel, Monica informs me she isn't able to help me, and that I'll have to call Adrian the next day. So, despite working third shift, I wake up early, for me, and make the call a second time. Adrian answers the phone, and instantly knows who I am. Apparently, I was ruse to Monica (her words), so Adrian felt it appropriate that I was charged, injustly, for a room I didn't book. He wasn't interested in hearing me out, nor helping in any way. He took the opportunity to berate me for supposedly being rude to his employee. The poor service and attitude of the staff makes me thankful I never stayed here. I'll still get my money back, but I'll have to go through a dispute with my credit card company. Adrian knows this, but I guess it's his petty little way of "getting back" at me for being rude, which I wasn't. Stay elsewhere, the Wyndham brand is so much better than what these two represent.

My family was traveling through late at night and arrived atbut4 am needing two rooms to stay in. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful, even though it was extremely late/early. The hotel was under construction when we arrived so I was nervous that that would impact the stay. It was hardly noticeable once inside and the room and breakfast the next day we're both above expectations.

A/C didnt work right. Bed/ pillows good.
Saw what looked like a small cockroach on my sink counter. Rm 117
Its next to the kitchen, where breakfast is served. 2nd floor had a nicer room, remodeled. Looks like there trying. Front desk clerk was kinda rude to me on the way out. Barked at me for a signature i missed. Good access off of 40.
Fast food and convenience store close.

Right near the airport. Clean (which is a big deal for me), great staff, great amenities. Everything you'd want out of a hotel and not too expensive. Loved it. Also, newly renovated.

Used days inn for discount parking at the airport. Staff was nice and the price is right. Although shuttles are supposed to run every hour and half hour, I got there at 1030 and shuttle did not leave until 1115. Just be aware the shuttle service may not be as prompt as you'd like.

They claim it's newly renovated. I think they got the old stuff from the Holiday Inn Express next door. My room smelled like cigarettes and poor life choices. I had one of the rooms that had a backdoor, which was cool until it got dark and I felt like a crackhead was going to break in. There was people sleeping in cars in the parking lot. Toilets out in the grass like maybe some of the regulars sit in them? I don't know. Just not a real nice place. I was in town there for work. Checked out the next morning and went to the holiday inn nextdoor for the rest of my stay.
