Management needs to lift their standards.
Not enough food for breakfast some people missed out.
I love Cambria hotel.

Excellent service! ZERO complaints what-do-ever. Staff was perfect for every aspect, hotel was BEYOND amazing! Pool was great, fitness center, and of course the room was well worth every penny!! &&&they give you like 6 pillows and a SUPER aggreeable mattress! I will be back every Christmas!

Excellent hotel close to the airport. Reserved at the airport after weather forced a cancellation of our American flight. Shuttle drivers were friendly and front desk person (Syresh) was friendly and professional. Only got four hours of sleep due to early departure next day, but room was clean and quiet and amenities were great. Thanks!

My granddaughter and I came to visit family for business and pleasure from Greenville South Carolina August, 2017. The initial reservation was made in error at a different Cambria suites location. I discovered it was the wrong location and called. I was treated rudely and disrespectfully. I called Cambria suites Raleigh Durham to secure a new reservation. I am grateful Tiara heard me talking to the other person at the other hotel. Tiara heard how I was being treated. Tiara changed the reservation to Cambria suites Raleigh Durham. I cannot thank Tiara (Front desk ) and Laura (Dining service) for their outstanding service. I have returned once again to Cambria suites Raleigh Durham. I will reserve a room at Raleigh Durham Cambria suites in the future. I highly recommend Cambria suites Raleigh Durham! I appreciate the stellar service I receive every time I visit. Tiara is amazing! The food is delicious and the rooms are clean and beautiful.

Hotel staff was very friendly. Really loved my room service. I had (Kiera) she was awesome. She did a great job with room service and cleaning everything. The guy at the front desk I believe (William) he was awesome being that things started out a bit rough for me he still provided great customer service as well. Great place to stay

Convenient location. Microwave and mini fridge in room. Coffee in room. Fresh options for breakfast and dinner. Packed salad and fruit always. Indoor pool and hot tub. Several gym stations. Friendly and helpful staff.

Rooms were huge and very comfortable. Was pleasantly surprised it was a two bedroom suite. My daughter had a lot of room to play and move around. Very close to the airport which is a great convenience. Quiet, clean and great staff. Pool and jacuzzi was great too. I would just say hotel staff need to knock before they come into the room. That's the only complaint, else I would have given five stars.

Very nice place to stay. It is close to the airport. It is up to date and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Towels were good quality.

Nice hotel and pretty nice staff but warning. It is not very close to much. If there is a problem and need to talk to the manager good luck. Your phone calls will be screened. You will have to demand to talk to her. And make sure they charge you correctly. If not you have to jump through hoops!!!!!

This hotel double charged me for two nights, when I called to speak to someone about the manner, they hung up on me multiple times. They said they were going to put me on hold but repeatedly hung up Immediately after finishing their sentence.
The hotel house keeping stole from me, I had to call the local police because my property magically disappeared, the housekeepers giggled about this amongs each other as if it this was some type of high school prank, I was not amused and management handle the situation very poorly by stating they don't have Cameras upstairs so there is nothing else to do after asking them did they take anything.
I asked for a corporate number it was never given to me.
I will never be staying here again, I don't feel secure
The morning staff members I encountered with were very unprofessional and disrespectful. The receptionists phone etiquette could use some serious work, how hard is it to properly put a call on hold? Don't believe me try in call for yourself never fails they hang up, after putting you on hold.

The bar is nice
Parking is not to crowded
And they have a shuttle to the airport
the bar staff is amazing the night before I enjoy my evening at the bar, over all I had no problems until the morning staff arrived the customer service they gave me was poor. They do not have a safe for your belonging so I'd suggest you leave your valuables at home because the staff is very sketchy. And stole some fairly expensive belongings of mines.response / report this review -

I highly recommend this hotel the customer service was so excellent and very helpful. The hotel was very neat and clean. The rooms were huge with plenty of outlets and space to relax. The soap and shampoo was from bath and body works. Breakfast was so affordable and very deliciously The indoor pool was nice and if you love to workout their gym was excellent I spent hours there. Overall my stay was excellent and if your thinking about booking an upscale affordable hotel then this is it.

After spending 12 days in Israel we decided a hot tub would be relaxing so we moved from the Hyatt to Cambria. After paying 3 to 4 dollars for soft drinks for 12 days $ 1 Dollar sodas were anticipated. We were very disappointed to find 4 floors of non working drink Machines. At the counter we were charged $ 2 for sodas and told they had no idea the machines didn't work..Stay next door at the Hyatt, our stay before leaving for Israel was wonderful. Better service, Softer Beds.
